@elir71 wasn’t tomco looking to do conventional oil? As well as insitu/tar sand heavy oil/sand/conventional
Roughly yes, it may go lower, it may stay around the current price, but overall yes worth a punt as tomco/Valkor will be using for sure right? Depends if you wanna get in early early and wait until production kicks in or earlier if funding has been sorted for (cort) production….

I agree vouch and to add, maybe its for adding the QFI bio-msar? And the recent news on a rail track upgrade to Salt Lake City and a I’m hoping for a pipeline of some sort which would be the cheapest of the three transportation options, just hoping its not just a pipe dream ;-) QFI nearing its alltime lows, checked out some stuff and they have £7million in the bank to cover into early 2023 they are expecting more results for the bio-msar via Morocco. But we know it works with our heavy tar sand…
I think people are only just starting to see the potential of TOMCO. Many investors in PQE will no doubt put some into here those getting in early from trading OTC market with spare cash. Imagine at end of feb/march when PQE share holders get paid jeez not sure how much of a push that will do to tomco sp?. The early bird catches the worm. Kudos to those who got in around the placing price. Tomco either under the radar of most aim investors or some big guns individuals buying up perhaps.

Just had an idea, so anything above $3 that isn’t hedged is boosted in the profit margins? If gas prices remain higher in the next two years
@millerjackson 10:51
Thanks miller.j trying to get my head around the hedging part. Cheers for the feedback and replies. They do help a lot.keep em coming
@millerjackson sun 22:29
Fantastic summary and many thanks. Last paragraph was interesting. So as i see it and i could be wrong as long as gas prices are above $3 in the next 2years we are hedged to make profit? If it reaches number 4: of your summary then even Better $$$.
I would rather see a steady hedge and accumulate nice incremental divvy each year than to see the sp boom or spike. I like round figures and roughly £1 to £1.20 is a good trading range and no stamp duty to pay only a small withholding tax of 15% (using a w-8ben form) . One of the most underrated and under the radar shares i have seen in a long time.
@millerjackson sat, 22:11
Spot on, was reading the interim reports and presentations (both from the audio of the bod cast and visual one at same time)
You summed it up well. Cheers. My main worry was the hedging future offset losses compared to higher gas prices cash generative revenue ( you mentioned the ceo saying anything above $3 is more$$$$$) so extra money made from this - money lost from hedging? I’m no accountant so anyone with insights on hedging would add to this..
The abundance of oxygen in the universe is a consequence of the inner workings of stars. Stars are, in a way, elemental factories, taking light elements like hydrogen and helium and fusing them together to form all the elements ranging up to iron
1 Hydrogen (H) 73.9
2 Helium (He) 24.0
8 Oxygen (O) 1.0
6 Carbon (C) 0.5
@elir71 and eat al
I did another check and have to apologise as a read the info the wrong way round. Looks like you CAN’T buy TOMCO on the otc but you can buy the London listed and other listed ones if you have the right broker account (if buying in the USA , i assume from the poster who gave the limited info) too change it. IBKR being one of them..
@Elir71 17:01
Yes that as well. But as i read the link/post i do believe that the USA OTC market was mentioned as well where investors are buying up TOMCO under usotc:TMCGF as they have money already from TRADING PQE on the otc as well as having tendered.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Petroteq/
Petromod who is doing the admin for the PQE reddit live chat, has just bought 6million TOMCO shares and i think a few others are looking to buy in soon.
@wongafc 21:07pm
I agree with you, the likes of Hargreaves Lansdown and interactive investor and the like will pool all their PQE investors together at a dead line point, ii pencilled it in for 2nd feb, so i think this week will bigger numbers getting tendered.
@Dfg4699 13:41
No one has a crystal ball, and I wouldn’t like to make predictions on future sp rises, but saying that what with brokers re-rates on TOMCO future production potential says a lot imho. But there are many variables that don’t always go in a straight linear trajectory, hence highs/lows troughs/peaks in the sp charts. There will Inevitably be a few traders who have Psychological sell points for whatever reason be it personal, business or financial the SP will act accordingly with the market makers ultimately.
I would say imho that certain key points of news like starting the insitu test drilling, then results, then permit for in situ production by H1, there after the production revenue (minus loans and maybe paying towards the TSHII 90%) then securing the funding for the Tar-sand..
If investors be it from PQE’s profits from their offer sale at what ever stage they feel is best for them to buy into a chunk of TOMCO I’m sure will make the sp react, but remember for every buy there is a sell and vice verser so really not sure if every body will be on the same page hence short/mid/long term involvement some might hang around for the test drill then to its production, others might sell up to that point, some may buy more and do a longer game until funding for the tar sand open mining( more revenue from the tar and the sand)..
Hope that help somewhat, a rule of thumb for me is TOMCO can use in situ for carbon sequestration of c2o credits and gain extra from it, hopefully getting onboard with the ESG (environmental social governance) program that recognises companies that are helping the environment as this will give TOMCO more credence as a company IMHO and more favourable exposure in the near future if another big co. Has eyes on us for a potential buyout.. imho unless the oil is flowing and revenue is coming in only then would i imagine a better position for the sp anything before that is relying on future sentiment as investors hedge their bets..and that can be be very whimsy at best in times of volatility and expansion. So only risk what you can afford not to rely on if you needed it 6 months to a year down the line for more important thingsm as tomco will start cranking up around then.. imho just my thoughts no advice intended..

Totally agree with what you said, and to add on that surely letting Valkor and Tomco , big sky run the contracts will serve as poster boy’s for using the PQE tech patent. If they Hadn’t of got the contracts to use the patents I wouldn’t be here as it brings in multiple of revenue streams as seen in toms rns.
As for more buyers coming in onboard of course it makes sense after the PQE offer sale around the 10th of FEB, it could be happening now with the likes of cantor Fitzgerald and the like. Maybe the MM have played on the weakness of those with more panicky paper hands to rattle the cage of the sp, i thought. It would continue to rise but perhaps it has a breather somewhat. Maybe other shares are taking the thunder away from investors perhaps? I will be investing in here for the legacy of PQE (POSP and CORT closed loop system) and wish TOMCO all the success. So far it has managed with the help of valkor to build a nice little earner, i just hope it follows in its bigger brother shadow and not get to irrational and create sibling rivalry Down the road. To come this far and fudge it up would be a travesty of fools.
Vauch i agree lots of PQE investors out there not giving their two cents worth on the forums, bit like viewing a popular YouTube video and liking it but not subscribing to it as it hurts the ongoing financial content to create better YouTube videos..
Best of luck everyone get yah powder ready, potential fireworks in the making. Let’s hope this is the year TOMCO rocket goes off with a bang or goes nuclear and makes us money.
@ohmetoe 20:52pm
“If you look at Vistons’ website they could shelve the IP”
Make yah mind up, one minute your Pro TOMCO the next mr jinx?
@Gaf11 18:44pm
I have tendered my PQE shares when the bod released their second RNS recommending the shareholders to do so, I wouldn’t dilly dally if i were you, get a move on you don’t be the few who could jeopardise getting to the 51%..
Frustrating that TomCo dragged out their original plan to test the insitu oil in December now waiting on permit to be signed of shortly, we have potential reservoir reserves estimates, now just a formality to flow test the insitu, which I’m assuming is the same as tar sand but steamed and sucked up minus sand, but contains all the other oily elements to sell one being asphalt estimated at $94, WTI estimated at $64 now $86 but with QFI Bio-msar glycerine additive it can generate a premium with no refineries involved and straight to bunker fuel..to name but a few processes. TomCo estimated the permit for test due very shortly and in my view could be a week to a month, then what ever we test and flow we can sell fingers crossed that testing needs proper due diligence at least a few months ;-) leading up to then the final permit to full production of instu ( revenue stream) any accountants out there that can do a quick calculation if this money from june - December when the TSHII 90% payment is due could cover it? Including paying back Valkor for the 1.5m loan for 10% of TSHII purchase.
@Aj2205 07:36
Yep I would say to some degree that would be the case, what with Valkor and cantor having a hefty chunk in TOMCO, big eyes are defo watching and are getting in early seeing Tomco potential unfold. Hopefully more heavy hitters will come in and buy up bigger chunks lifting the sp to better/higher supports was peeed off to see Tomco always get sold back down just as it was making headway to new highs. As far as I’m concerned and in my interpretation of things i can only see goods things to come. From the last few RNS anyway were positive and held up the narrative in the direction we all know TOMCO are capable of. Glad they are taking this chance with Valkor, like i said before both of these companies were looking out for each other to secure the hard work they did with PQE. Who’s to say that some of the bod money wont be put into TOMCO or the like?
