Mali government has gone through a entire code overhaul and in recent couple weeks has just started issuing and renewing, transferring. Majors already operating and with a licence approved like kodal have not been forced onto any new % split.

So I was thinking last night about the perfect storm for kodal and is it actually happening? Well I think likely. Allow me to explain.

1. We are a matter of months until build is done

2. Looks like interest rates may cut soon as the market is likely to get a boost

3. Spod price is near it's base again ideally it hovers here or goes lower pre production to bully off other suppliers then it rallies as we move into or close to production.

4. There is definitely movement within mali mining code and that will land soon

5. China has put alot more incentives in again for BEV and NEVs when we saw the price escalate before of spod this was largely why

6. MRE odds on this surpasses the 50Mt

All in all this is all lining up at once and there will be that something that lights the match. We had a small delay rns yesterday and normally it tanks kod and it hasn't.
