Ok something to note is BA is in discussions with mali🇲🇱 about moving onto the 2023 code however in process protecting its 'rights' in regards to tax.

It maybe kodal adpot all the other regs that come with the code.

It was nice to hear BA say that there is a floor price hainan will pay for spod and at that floor price kodal is still profiting.

I think what could happen is kodal take a % of end product sales and that's how the 'floor price' is met. Ie 10% PT of hydroxide sold.

Another consideration of mine is hainan will not want to take 3rd party spod cost will be far greater than from bougini so it WILL get to mine. Hainan have a self interest in ensuring it remains operating even in low spod drought. Despite it being on the turn up.

A mining delay was ALWAYS going to occur but it isn't from incompetence its from weather..... not happy with it ? Give old zeus a call.
