Not the case again is it. Had been on prem for a few months. I was once interested in PREM then had many posting rampers lie to me on there about numerous inaccurate fundamentals when i seeked information, my mistake though not all BBs are as good and balanced as this one. So i corrected them on PREM. It went from there.

i do agree with you to an extent. in the email i wrote and had a response to i outlined exactly that point.

i do wonder if the long stop day of 30 day increments was agreed in like the intial deposit agreement. like a 30 day review of progress for both parties to agree to another 30 days. rather than ba just ******* in the wind with the choice of extension.

i think its likely agreed process by hainan and neither can control mali gov, even with grease money.
