Compo - i have toyed with this. My view is we wont ger a RNS for 'change of notification' as its written as a amendment over a full re application. So to me isnt that significant.

I anticipate the next RNS we get is the creation of KMUK and the admin bits to finalise followed up by a hopeful deposit made.

Just a view there btw nothing to source other than leo lith took about 6 months at this stage with ganfeng.

Impossible to not have confirmation bias to a degree mind. I actively challenge this element and i would definitely say in my early days of KOD i was more hoping BA would get a deal, so a element of confirmation bias was easy to fall in.

My 'punt' was Bougouni would get a offer from a major. Was small hints it would but that was my gamble as a investor.

But i had confidence about 70% it would.
There is still the unknown risk that can never be accounted for with KOD.

However only with great risk comes great rewards.

Exactly that, everyone talks multi baggers but no one has the conviction to hold them. They are a grind up not 500% in a day or even month. Even pilbra grinded its way up.

So in order to identify a hopeful multi bagger it must be pinned with solid fundamentals then let it run.

With exploration upside huge here and the cash to explore it. KOD has a chance.

However this are at this stage unforseen risks that no amount of DD can compensate for. Thats nature of mining stocks.

Mali may decide to nationalise lithium (absaloutely 0 evidence of this just putting it out there).

Elon musk may open 100 mines diluting spod price.

However we cant account for such events, this is general mining risks that are in any commodity. So please be aware of them.

However pending any unforseens its quite clear to see BA master plan.

Of ALL of the RNS released the nail in the coffin one and most definitive one for me was the share awarding to the BOD at certain milestones including production at Bougouni. They were lining themselves up for major payouts knowing the deal options were good.
