Goulamina is 100km sq of acerage abd Bougouni is give or take 350km sq of acerage. Goulamina who is a year or two ahead in process of kodal but did more drilling prior to deal now has a jorc compliant spodumene MT of 140MT. Having done a few upgrades something that kodal with this 117mil investment will have 50mil to drill and expand Bougouni.

Why are hainan giving 50mil for drilling ? Hainan are miners they conducted due diligence by a number of site visits to Bougouni prior to the announcement of the deal. They did their homework and put forward this amount.

I believe this is also contractual that they re establish commitment every 30 days. Its then announced i dont believe BA is leaving it until last day to tell us its simply the agreement. Cant draw up legal documents to say every 30 days we review longstop then approach hainan to extend before. What if BA gets contact the morning of the 30th ? And we have already RNS extended.

Again i think this is all legal rather incompetence.

It wasnt agreed at 30 days then announce its now 90. That would be against the agreement.
