whether they are greener or not (i think not over the whole lifecycle) they are just too expensive to be other than a company tax write off fad. Also with the vastly increased cost of leccy thanks to Puketin, they are to expensive to charge - people cannot afford to eat or pay the rent we are being told daily. Charging infrastructure is crap etc etc (check out McDonalds car parks for a laugh, one or two chargers only in a business where they encourage you to drive to visit and provide 100 parking spaces).
The government will more than likely, alter the 2030 law and row it back a bit claiming to 'help' the public. They have done similar this week with watering the sewerage discharge issue down due to cost. Government will just leave the car companies on the hook (we dont as a country own any afterall), and people will keep older cars longer.

Im not "worried" about any end of season sales, couldnt care less, why would i be?
Noted quite a lot of goods at 90% off. Not for the first time either.
Chrimbo jumpers need more discount than 50% in February to get shifted - especially when they are still trying to flog them for £40 after the cut. Quite a lot more than most people charge for such a naff 'short life' product, even in December.
