It seems very odd to me that any board member who is invested in such a business actually needs any incentive at all, on top of a nice big fat salary, to actually do the basics of their paid job.
But acccepting this is normal BOD practise across most industries, it says so much here with the vastly lower targets. Hence its clear in my view that the lack of post award sp movement, means that nobody expects the "growth" (cough) plan to produce any fruit at all, other than an easier award for more management failure, if some miracle happens and this rises.
High streets reported as busier and busier also, great news.

60p is indeed far better than its been for holders of late specifically those who have purchased since the lowly 30 days, not so for those long suffering holders trapped in dreaming of previous heady heights, but for recent entrants indeed 60p is good, My little punt joining in and doing nicely. Well Level i dont think there are many serious investors who take MF advice as gospel, but quite (for them anyway) a well written piece with some balance. Although the final few paragraphs (pasted below) seem to say that this aint rising dramatically anytime soon. "several more years" being stated.
