What say we forget about OJ and the rest of the doomsayers for a while. It’s the product that ultimately counts, not the nasty brigade. In fairness they only have traction to spread fear due to PANR’s unfortunate track record. As an aside, I would like to see a proper independent CPR produced for the assets.
Bought in today thinking that was a very solid update. Didn’t expect a fall - strange market these days!
The RTO was largely covered by a share issue, presumably massive to reach £13m in value. Whatever the number required at the time of the announcement, it would now take twice as many due to the collapse in sp. That’ll be some dilution.
I wonder if publishing those TR-1s mean they’ve finished offloading for now. Good if so.
Re the RTO, do you think the(horrible, in my view) name ‘Cellular Goods’ will gradually be dropped?
For what it’s worth I think the rto will more than likely complete. Today’s pre-Christmas graveyard slot was the ideal time to bury both parts, not just Love. Therefore, given they’ve each now had the time to scrutinise all the detail, the fact Cannary remains in play suggests both sides still see benefit in the deal, which creates a greater chance of success than failure. At least CBX might get some management with greater nouse - not too difficult in the circumstances.
Thanks BadA, I’ve seen that now. Should find out if successful Q2 next year, apparently. Fingers crossed, but maybe the majors will be wanting straight in, making for stiffer competition - albeit Delt could be invited to be a minor partner which would negate future farm out requirements.
Not sure why expectations are for an update pre-Christmas are in vogue. I recall Jay warned investors this test period would take time and patience was required for news of (diligently acquired) flow rates.
Mind you, an inquiry is what this thing needs, it would seem!
Neil Thapar clearly doesn’t know his inquiry from his enquiry. Bloody typical even their grammar is dodgy too…
