They are pretty much always wrong. Just invest against what they say and you're quids in.
They’re different because they’re vertically integrated. That is all.

"FUTR consensus outlook for 2022 has been updated.
2022 EPS estimate increased from UK£0.85 to UK£0.96.
Revenue forecast steady at UK£818.9m.
Net income forecast to grow 55% next year vs 31% growth forecast for Media industry in the United Kingdom."
Simply Wall St
I suspect the update should help avert a rout today and result in only a modest loss.
Ahhh, so that’s why the stock price keeps falling.
“Over the next year, revenue is forecast to grow 14%, compared to a 10% growth forecast for the industry in the United Kingdom. Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has increased by 59% per year but the company’s share price has only increased by 19% per year, which means it is significantly lagging earnings growth.”
"Take advantage of share price weakness to buy K3 Capital at a knockdown price. A single digit forward PE and a dividend yield of 7% is way too cheap for this quality outfit."

And yet we are DOWN over 28% on the year?? Nuts!
"We are delighted to announce that K3 Capital Group has been named the most active financial adviser in four UK regions.
The Experian Market IQ: Q1 2022 report ranked K3 Capital Group in first place within the South East up one position from last year’s rankings, completing 40% more deals than any other adviser within the region. We also moved from second to first place within the Midlands, in this region our Group completed 29% more deals.
Our Group continued to perform strongly within the East of England which saw us retain our first-place position by finalising 33% more deals than any other adviser in the area.
The area in which we saw the biggest improvement was Yorkshire and the Humber, where we rose from fourth to first place. This massive increase was achieved by completing 14% more deals than our nearest competition.
This report is a clear indication of our Group’s strong performance across multiple regions within the UK. It highlights that K3 Capital Group is within a robust position to continue this success throughout the rest of 2022."

HELLO!

Plus the fact that the fair value of K3C is over £6.00 per share helps. (Link below) Unfortunately the 'Covid! We're all going to die!' mentality paranoid, mask in the car wearing investors keep pummeling this stock down along with FUTR (excellent results), PSN (excellent results) and multiple others. All because we are going into a catastrophic depression ... even though there are more jobs than job seekers. https://images.simplywall.st/asset/chart/424411513-dcf-1-dark/1652945791687
Hi Uni, no I just figured that this paranoid gaggle of investors would view outstanding results as something that couldn’t possibly be maintained as the world will surely end in a catastrophic depression. They’re most definitely part of the lot that wear surgical masks when driving. Frankly, the sheer stupidity of these people makes me want to puke.
Interesting interview with CEO of First Graphene. They have mixed graphene with concrete to create a green cement that reduces greenhouse gases by 20%. We surely can't be that far behind.

As W Buffett would say "The stock market is a device for transferring shares from the impatient to the patient."
