Thanks for the update. Can anyone please point me to where I can find a summary of where things currently stand. Thanks
SP Angel research the other day was very balanced and helpful in suggesting 0.88 as a reasonable outcome:
Valuation: Kodal’s 49% of $420m is estimated to be worth some $206m (£166m) at a spodumene concentrate price of $2,080/t spodumene concentrate. • Kodal shares at 0.37p represent around a third of the value offered in the NPV estimate indicating to us that Kodal shares should be worth at least 0.5p based on 50% of the value of the NPV. • When the $100m + $17.75m lands in Kodal’s jv and corporate bank accounts the funding will be secured. We should then reduce our 50% discount to NPV to around a 25% discount to account for potential construction, commissioning and trucking issues and add the $17.75m cash subscription into the Kodal valuation. • This could raise our valuation to around 0.88p/s representing a 138% uplift on today’s share price. We therefore rate the shares as a buy on the assumption the deal will consummate
Why is it that very large buys like the 38,000,000 purchase worth £128,000 at about 0831 yesterday are so often concealed until after trading that day? That trade puts all others into the shade yet it is concealed from view to others who watch and participate in trading. Puzzling!
I have had faith as a LTH of decent size in both KOD and KDNC. It's been absolutley dire for some time. but it's now great to see both making a steady comeback. Have ignored rampers and de-rampers and am pleased to see the direction in which we are going due to the underlying fundamentals (and a bit of luck)
