I use Stockopedia as part of research to manage my family investments. Its one of the factors and sources I use
Jack Brumby is an analyst at Stockopedia, a SM research company
Jack Brumby at Stockopedia has done a recent update on the company. His conclusion " I’m tempted to wait for RockRose’s annual report before making a more conclusive decision on this stock. Perhaps sitting on the fence for now will cost me, but I would happily trade some upside in exchange for more detail on the enlarged group’s decommissioning liabilities and pension' fund status.
IMB have today announced that FIL Ltd Bermuda have taken a 5.1% stake in IMB on the 18th February
GAW are announcing interim results on the 14th January 2020.
For information I see that Stockopedia have IMP down as a 'Value Trap'
Maybe Brokers analyst's cannot read or understand IMB's Balance sheet Report and Accounts?
Best adviceI have read on this site !
Stockopedia have GFM changed to Contrarian and Rating down to mid 55s
Is it worth looking at the Fibonacci calculator retracement levels for both IMB and BATS ?

Lindon, could not agree with you more. After a lifetime involved in Financial Services and the markets, , its takes time to build up a reputtion which can be lost in 30 seconds flat. Remember Gerald Ratner and his 'crass comments' about his product!!! It destroyed his company in the SM eyes. What will the Directors particular the CEO and FD do, to restore confidence in the Company to enable it to have a profitable and rewarding avenue for shareholders.
It just depends what other things have been hidden away in the accounts and been missed by the Auditors, CEO and CFO over the years. Very disappointed as Air Partners always struck me as a 'genuine' small company in a niche market operating a professional operation. Sadly from the impact of the RNS, and lack of clarity as to what is happening at the company, its best to travel hopefully but expect the unexpected. Sadlu the image of the company had been tarnished and wonder once the worst is known, how long the company will remain independant as it will struggle to regain its former image . To quote Warren Buffet's famous phrase - 'when the tide goes out you see who has been 'skinny dipping' !
One of the main factors leading to my exiting my position, was the lack of commitment in AIR by management. I like to see management have 'skin' in their company. I originally picked up Air Products from Lord Leigh in one of his FT columns, and appreciated his comments at the time. I will stay on the sidelines and see how the situation develops.
What do the auditors say about it. According to the latest Annual Repot and Accounts they fess were circa 225,000. Says a lot about audit and depth they go into, and accounting LOL!!! I have sold my remaining holding today, made over 88% over 4 years and very disappointed as I enjoyed being a shareholder. Feel it will take some time for the company to restore confidence with the city , and a reputation once tarnished, does not fully restore its former glory becuase the trust has been broken. The CEO and FD, AND Deloittess - interesting to see how they respond to shareholders. The longer the time lag between information flows might suggest the problem is far bigger. Similar to an earthquake the first tremours shake up the foundations and the ripples expand to expose further problems. Hope I am proved wrong but I am happy to book profits and sya thank you and happy to return in happy days if everything is 'clear' .
