Can't they RNS on JP Jenkins like they did in February?

It's now been over a year since we were able to trade our shares... The last official communication (RNS) from the company on JP Jenkins was more than 6 months ago... Surely they should be updating us by now?

A lot of the reds are actually buys! Including the 500k one!

And into the green bin goes Ashb23.

A member for all of 8 days with 25 negative posts on ORPH and nothing else... How much are getting per post?

Elrico, Question for your friend; why buy 500k in one lump as it seems to me that you end up paying about 0.5p premium over buying in 5-10 smaller lumps?

Not according to CF. TR is NOT offloading until next Summer is what CF was saying again 10 days ago...

And for the first time ever I've just used the filter function... I'm all for reasoned debate but I'm not going to be called out by someone who is clearly only on this board to spread negativity. I have better things to do with my time. Bye bye Eric!

Paraphrased;

Please rest assured that all is going really well within OO. I have already guided the public markets that we will have a significant amount between now and Christmas of deal flow to announce. I think shareholders that hold on into the New Year will be rewarded with a much higher share price than it currently is.As the single largest shareholder I can assure you that I am not in the least bit concerned myself but of course would be much happier if the SP was higher. I am very comfortable knowing that it will be higher for those shareholders who will bear with us and hold tight. The SP will be better.

Day 1 and we’ve all bought our shares at 10p prior to this. Huge potential and a great opportunity given a little time so it beggars belief that anyone would sell at 10.25p! There’s nowt so queer as folk!

I sent CF a message last week and received the following at 8.16pm last night during the game...

David, many thanks for that and everything in Open Orphan is going to plan and I am pretty certain in a very short period in time the share price will be going upwards quickly again. Watch this space. Cathal

Don’t panic people. CF has promised shareholders monthly update presentations so by his reckoning he’s scheduled in the next one for 17th November… ;-)

I emailed him two days ago and followed it up with the same to Investor Relations and as yet, haven’t had a response so you clearly have far more pull than me…

But showing as a sell so I assume most of these other sells are also actually buys…

Agreed. I think we’d all rather the attention was on getting the Poolbeg IPO across the line BUT on the basis CF set out a timeframe that had now unarguably been missed it shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes to say;

“due to circumstances beyond our control the very good news that’s been stopping the directors buying more shares has been delayed. We’re still very confident that we will be able to share the positive news within the next x days and then I still intend to make a substantial purchase of shares.”

Continuing radio silence right now only serves to reduce his buy in price further at the expense of the weak…

Seriously earache… nobody knows for certain what the SP is going to do but if you want to slice when the SP is pretty much the lowest it’s been since March and CF has said we’ll get good news within days and then he’ll be buying a substantial number of shares then go for it…

I definitely won’t be selling at this price but may slice a few when it hits 40p+ again within the next week or so.
