Saying somebody putting in £5k is inside is laughable, people put silly amounts in all the flyers for a quick buck. I saw it in Amoi last week then they all sold out for a loss when the spike was over.

Mental the fascinating and popularity for total rubbish now in this game when well run stocks cannot find a trade let alone a rise

It's a bear market with only day traders playing so unless a stock is flying there is little interest.

I thought it was a fair argument on the valuation. I have a stock worth £2 mil a quarter of this with £5 mil of turnover making profits and cash rich and nobody is touching that...it's a tough market atm

Have you not read the CMB news, they are selling everything and returning up to 0.77p with the first 0.43p expected soon from the sale of Radar.

The shares are suspended so it's not ramping it's posting facts and some of us having been holding CMB for many years.

Who on earth would sell at 0.25p when 0.77p is coming.

I think the mm's will go in the middle 0.5p, if it was a booming market and I could make the money work I could be tempted to sell a few but with the markets desperate I'm not giving up a extra £30k through impatience selling way below the potential returns here.

Got losses everywhere atm however CMB will make up for that 10 fold see their news suspended at 0.2p bid

That is the idea when mm's are short. It's to deter buyers and make people lose patience and sell. 2 buys and bid straight back up. Bit of a squeeze atm in this one...

It's not nice when you buy and get trapped in rubbish and have a awful decision.

Hope it spikes so you can escape or take the hit and move on.

You miss the point. The valuation has shot up to more than match that. That is what happens when you heavily dilute at rock bottom prices the market cap also jumps for every 0.1p rise. For me I think it's well up with events the valuation you disagree. End of story.

Relax newuncle, sometimes you have to balance stuff out against the valuations. I'm a value investor not a speculative investor so when I read the numbers and see the market cap I can disagree with others, it's a forum for discussing

I actually read the RNS and then checked the market cap and thought jeez it's not cheap is it then looked in the thread and saw the usual rampathon. Honestly if a stock is such a bargain and going to come good then why are you all ramping it all day long every day, that to me suggests you are all day trading it.

So you bring a bit of reality to a heavily ramping thread and all the toys come out of the pram. The problem with rock bottom highly dilutive placings in the past is when the price jumps up a little the market cap does too.

Low turnover and probably still loss making, they never mentioned profits so that normally means still loss making and the market cap is over £8 mil...it's a fair observation the current valuation is high....

Makes other stocks look like bargains

Funding circle just announced half year profits of £0.5 mil but better than expected so shares are flying and market cap is a very modest £330 million. Guess OPG for now is always going to be unloved until they finally tell the market in the UK not in India

I see reality finally happened here, low sales heavy losses and the valuation jumped to nearly £200 million which was ridiculous and now back at 5p but it's still hardly a bargain with a huge valuation still

Well I'm not selling at 0.65p, the new major shareholder has a lot of experience in miners and had a top job of a massive multi billion pound miner so I guess he might do a RTO at some point.

Tbh this does seem to be quite some bear market we are in at the moment. I have 2 monitors of traditional stocks which by that none miners/oilers/hype and honestly I could fall asleep watching them everyday. Nobody seems bothered if OPG make £10 million or £100 million if the price is not racing along. However there seems to be a bit of support creeping in when it drops briefly below 10p like it did again today.

Care to back that up by naming your trades ?
