Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
60 acres (245,000 sqm) is a very large site - they know they need it for increased production to try and fulfil just some of Europe's demand!
Understandably sticky hands here!
Rebs, I couldn't agree more for new investors joining the LBE journey at this discounted entry price - my post was more relevant to the OG investors who came onboard back in 2019 based on the then prospectus/business case presented by HH.... I am happy to let the past be the past (I have no choice)......BUT I would be appreciative if HH refrains from talking about there being no dilution from this point moving forward!
On a serious note, whilst I am very happy to get this Japex rescue plan ….I do fell it misleading to say that there has been no dilution to LBE shareholders - indirectly we have had to give up 50% of our Norwegian future growth - that in my book accounts for considerable dilution!
Like I said it’s a great rescue plan that was a life saver for LBE and its shareholders.
And if it means HH needs to eat a lot of humble sushi then so be it!
Hammers new favourite song added to the LBE playlist 🇯🇵👍🏻

Exactly @Star....I know Cez were talking about reassigning processing areas into same permits etc....but I see no progress on the most important permit being the EIS.....To be fair I cannot see how they can thoroughly complete the application until they have the full mine plan which will have to be outlined in the DFS(1)....Of course I expect there will be several updates like you would expect with the MRE etc.

European Critical Raw Materials Acts (ECRMA) - unlikely to be signed off before year end (2023) - maybe KC knows more than us but to be frank he never meets timelines - cant help himself exaggerating as normal!
Hold here just under 1.5 million shares - so not dermping but trying to get realistic timelines.
Have they submitted the EIS permit yet? I cant see it being lodged with the Czech govt.....guessing they cant until the DFS is agreed in October/November 2023!
I’m not totally convinced or confident that these interviews are legal? - Bottlerocket (Liam) is a shateholder as far as I am aware and so in my opinion any interviews should be conducted live and not edited before release.
I’m guessing they are looking at some attractive project development deals (not exploration) given the new attractive Norwegian tax rebates and obviously because we are well funded with Japex we can now rapidly close without going to the market to raise!
No doubt production deals will also be targeted and should our velocette exploration target be successful over the next few months then it’s a complete and very fast game changer….though I stress not super fast for those that have been here since listing @£1 🤓
Can’t help but feel confident!
ECRM act due anytime now - according to my research we will be lucky to get this agreed before the end of 2023 - he also says expecting permits to be aligned with the release of the DFS - what permits?
Other than that - a good interview!
Everyone knows the dos will be positive.....its all about permits here!
Todays RNS regarding the super high lithium recoveries >95% with lower opex and significantly better ESG credentials was very much welcomed and in my opinion fully expected.....BUT ....I struggle to understand why there is no mention in the RNS regarding the bulk samples produced as part of this process originally expected in Q1 for potential off-take partners!?!
Anyone here have any insight?
HH is in my opinion the happiest shareholder here given his original personal investment is near on 10% of the current heavily discounted market cap....this Japex funding deal is a lifeline for him and of course us to recoup not only our losses but the significant gains we originally anticipated!
HH, please don't fcuk it up now that you have been given a second chance to build a full cycle e&p business that you originally promised us!
I am confident he has the incentive!

Very interesting - though it looks like the Critical Raw Materials Act is unlikely to be signed off/agreed before the end of the year - I believe KC in his latest interview mentioned 2-3 weeks - that was very optimistic!
RE: Changed sentiment, but why?
So folks here need to understand why we have a lot of negative posts here including myself:
Buy in at 30p.......not too bad right - dropped from 37P.......Average down at 25p (as advised by many LTH here)........then average down at 20p (again as recommended/shouted by many LTH here).....Average down to 15p (seriously a bargain by most LTH here)....Average down to 12p (criminal not to 20moz inbound).....9p ditto ditto - anyone that mentioned 6p (myself included) was a troll getting paid £1 per post ...
YES the fundamentals were looking fantastic - shareholders here said so (indeed SD our CEO said so) ....but they fail to see why:
RE: Changed sentiment, but why?
With secured funding now in place via Japex ....I would be very surprised if this doesn't get back to the original £1 AIM entry point should the management deliver quick and significant production deals! Another exploration success with Velocette due to spud in Q3 will no doubt speed up the process and springboard this company into the £3+ league similar to Kistos!
The poor performance here is down to the CEO and his incompetence - the leak was good because it has exposed his false promises- he told the market with Wyloo onboard with their substantial equity investment the banks debt financing would take care of the rest - he explained that there would be no dilution with a dual listing on the ASX which was a lie - it wouldn’t surprise me if he has future plans to delist from aim - I’ve seen it before after a company changes it’s domicile!
This professional bean counter needs replacing with an entrepreneur who has significant skin in the business to avoid dilution and has an equal interest in protecting its shareholders!
Nice one green machine - good interview - 2-3 weeks before the final critical raw materials act!
@trippy - do you not think some shareholders can be unhappy!?!… and yet agree with others that the companies main asset “Havieron” is a potential winner….selling out at these prices below 20p is a negative…I would rather lose the lot - you need to understand that shareholders can be unhappy and voice their opinion - it’s the only way to gets things changed - though this BB is as blunt as they come!
Negative posts here = abuse!
