I have indeed, this is his first role as a CEO and since he joined we've all seen the share price half in value. Attacking other posters name calling makes the BB worse dont you think!

He always said any placing would be accretive....this raise is the opposite. Anyone that thinks SD is a decent replacement for GH need their head testing ....fortunately our main asset Havieron is so strong that even this amateur cant screw up!

Anyone thinking a juicy RNS will drop soon are forgetting that SD just bought shares so unless he had immediate inside information and acted illegally I wouldn't count your chickens!

Never in doubt you will be able to buy below the placing price....all those scrambling to get an allocation via primary bid must feel somewhat fooled yet again....happens all the time. Anyway still bargain prices!

SD was preparing the accounts for Northern Star, managing the accounting department...he was the bean counter not the entrepreneur ...give it a rest

Near term cashflow, world class asset with a world class low AISC.....yet this CEO feels the need to dilute loyal private investors....maybe someone could explain why he needs 10m because the RNS failed miserably or obviously its just a 10% discount for himself and his mates.....and thats a 10% discount over and above the drop from 25pence from when he joined......It's all good because he' finally shown his cards like he did at saltlake potash...one trick pony who takes the credit for others success...stick to bean counting is my advice! #angry

What a ****e show....so SD is buying shares at a 10% discount (was 25p when he joined).....unbelievable and absolutely no need to dilute the already "confetti" style shares in issue.....I don't care how long you have been holding and how you positively spin this typical accountant style CEO announcement...no one was expecting it and no one can justify it....****e CEO and no wonder GH sold and CB left.

With Money (fiat) rapidly shrinking in value and as super inflation takes hold the banks will be trapped to raise interest rates....and with all the debt in the world, the only way the banks can survive is to re-value gold and beef up their balance sheets...WM and others have been telling their HNW clients its coming....it's arrived!

Look at the bigger picture ffs. LBE already have a significant discovery under their belt…they are now one of 39 companies that hold a licence in the NCS and in my opinion are more likely to be taken serious when bidding to acquire producing assets . Not interested in the share price today because the journey has now (finally) just started. Watch this space!

The MRE(2) will not double....ffs, check the drilling assays since the MMRE.....It will take time thats why the market is holding us back!

Well that's disappointing....discovery contain recoverable resources between 5 and 11 MMboe, which is not considered to be commercial in isolation.

Drilled ahead of time and below budget which is good and offers opportunities in the area and the potential for finding a commercial development solution.

Agreed, the day to day share price doesn't bother me....as a LTH I take my comfort from the management team who succeeded at Pharoe and even in the difficult times of covid managed cheap as chips farm-in agreements in prolific areas they know better than most - 2 drill results and 2 discoveries....and they have plenty of skin in the game which in my opinion creates the perfect investment. Yes a higher risk investment with high rewards....and the investment already now looks de-risked. ATB

On another note - quite nice to visit the TILS board and not see any RED.

Once this corporate reorg is done (agreed not been handled the best way) hopefully we can get back to the main business of helping to cure that b@stard cancer. ATB

Equinor will always be low key about its new discoveries especially significant ones....whilst it's still a key factor in its financial health and growth they (like the other big operators) tend to only shout about their full commitment to meet ESG objectives!

Let's be honest, the Norwegian government (67% shareholder) won't want Greta Thunberg turning up on their door step. :0)

The delivery of the DFS and a "decision to mine" alone will obviously be transformational and a complete game changer for EMH.....throw in a couple of off-take agreements and the whole project will be de-risked and then we will see the big money coming in....a very bullish £7-£10 share price will prevail!

I guess West Hercules will be heading off to Ginny/Hermine so hopefully we can expect the spud RNS in the next week or two.
