The Australian housing market and process is a very weird beast, my relations in Australia have just sold a property… when I was talking about purple Bricks and how expensive I thought the Australians element was, charging $8,000 and I couldn’t believe they got charged 10% selling fee, $60,000 which in Australia seem to be the norm. How I understand the majority of sales in Australia are completed via auction companies… its changing they mindset
Taking the average house price in Australia is about $550,000 purple brick have a lot of room for price increase movement in the future.
