1 you had calcs on a post yesterday with new shares and Mcap deducting that % from the current (yesterday mcap) expecting to wake up at 8am this morning, and type in I told you so.

2 I do expect BGF to sell, it’s not desperate, I also expect the so to rise sharply after that! Have you ever looked at BGF web site, it clearly says what I said yesterday, we came in, we invested, company is in great shape we exited with x y profit.
Mugsy, not the same as long as they have not sold, people yesterday would have realised the loss. You see, it depends on perspective and yours is always doom and gloom!

I reckon we will get another RNS this week, it’s no coincidence BGF share allocation and this news fell on the same day. I think we will have another on Friday!! In order to get through the 6.7mill, it’s a good guess.

Obv this has been in discussion with BC and to me it is good news on the collab without saying so.

So we can now sell in the US, supply both automated and non automated devices.

BC must have agreed this is the way forward!!!

Poker the last tranche has been sold around the £1 mark, BGF will have the 6.7mill to hold or attempt to sell, or even for ease at a buy out.

People here fall into three groups

Those who hold and can hold until news whither it is this week or a year from now, as the believe.

The people who have sold as they no longer believe and as they see the SP drop at best are trying to help others from losing their money, at worst gloating!

People on the side lines who maybe sold, but believe who are waiting to reinvest after news as they have become doubtful, and TBH rightly so.

True fact is no one knows what’s going to happen.

Dalton this £1.5 million is not a surprise, it has been shown on the accounts a couple of months ago. So the value was already priced in, do you suspect a 11.8% drop tomorrow at 8am.

6 million shares is nothing on aim market making total up to 63million, wow some of those mad rises on other shares have thousands of millions of shares.

Of BGF converts at 45p or £1 it makes no difference, it is the point of sale that makes the difference. If news lands and I agree as each morning passes the IF gets bigger, all the people who is on the side lines could take the 6million shares up in one day, especially at the price of 45p.

BGF likes to put on their web site that they financed a company, got their SP to rise x fold and the exited leaving the company in better shape than it was. It is also end of calendar year. If no news falls they can’t sell 6 million shares. If news falls and depending on numbers they might be able to, if they can before 31 Dec and there is no one left holding this back as that news was good, do you suspect the SP will continue to rise.

So for BGF it’s a hold or good news.

Rbr Grim has a higher holding unless he has sold some. It’s a tough watch each day. I firmly believe the company will get sales and approvals. But wish I only had 840 shares. I can honestly say it has an effect on my mood some days.

Clark, same now hold 840,000 shares, down by around 55%. Just need that one RNS to get it moving, I’m not religious but started praying to the RNS gods!

When theRNS is typed up can be passed to Walbrook or Peel or anybody to review it firs before release? You get 2 types of RNS, one that are just fluff, and ones that hit the nail on the head. We now need the second type, as 90% of the we time we get an RNS or presentation the company Mcap falls.

Will GDR release good news before Xmas and will it be good enough to bring new investors in as they can see the company can now create revenue and raise the Mcap to at least 100million?

The company needs to start turning their tech onto ££. Hep C good product been working on it for several years, has WHO accred, again no sales.
US army I think it’s 5 years been working on that, now moved to June 21 from RNS date early 2020, little revenue so far.
Hearing, roll out June 21, fingers crossed contracts snd sales will come.

Both the company and PI needs covid revenue. I keep reading we have £8mill cash, we don’t, we have £750,000 in stock for covid and had £5.1 at end of Octo, cash burn of around £750,000 per month and BGF payment of nearly £300,000 leaves GDR with around £3.3million in the bank.
So first big step we need is this EU sale.

If GDR can make that work with the bead that will complete the BC collaboration!

Also give GDR the only POC PCR test in the world with saliva as the sample, results in 15-20 minutes.

BC roll out for the automation will be worth tens of millions. I feel FDA and BC will come at the same time, space of a week at the most in between.

If we can prove the POC kit is as good and as fast to the Uk gov before the tenders are given out this again will be worth millions. For use in critical areas from incoming travellers to care homes.

Then other countries will follow, India and South Africa as we will have these approvals.

It looks like who is ver near done, open many more countries.

If we get decent news I will personally email DB and apologise for the bare faced comment, but it’s hard not to think like that when every PI invested is in the red and to the tunes of many millions.

Covid to me is only going to bring in great revenue if saliva is successful. This will open up everything. However we have been waiting since Aug to hear so that makes me think, it’s not going too great.

This is my honest view, no ramping/ de ramping. Greatness or shi55y normality. Time will tell but it is staring to run down, yes testing will be here for a while, to break in now will need something really good, saliva samples.
