Looks like the Labcorp defence case fell apart when the Streck ceo fessed up their patent wasn't before the Ravgen one. Oops! Looks like Streck could be in trouble too. Hopefully looks better and better for Edta now?

That's 2.7m tests Labcorp have sold x $100. Add in all the tests Illumina, Roche, Natera and others have sold x $100, then Ravgen are in the money. Of course on appeal it could all fall flat.

As these claims are over two years old, if ygen are involved you would think we would have heard by now.

Might even be lower than that. It's usually 2nd half weighted as LR mentioned, so expect a lower 1st half.
