Backdated Claims:

If you were previously eligible for the Winter Fuel Payment and have not claimed Pension Credit, you can still apply for it, and potentially receive backdated payments.

No Separate Claim:

There is no separate Winter Fuel Payment claim form. You must claim Pension Credit to receive the Winter Fuel Payment.

Solley1, yes Lloy had made provisions; however i recall lloy making 4.5bn provisions for PPI and we all know that figure was just the tip of the iceberge.

With that said, lloy would no doubt benefit from a postive outcome but still subject to the UK economy...

Lloy is the UK barometer therefore subject to domestic politics, economy and some believe the UK is heading for a massive crash under the current government and lack of or delayed actions by the BoE only add to the ongoing concerns PI’s, economist, etc have.
