GW- they haven't sold it yet- I believe it all depends on the vote on Friday...as I see it, palm and Lombard Odier have 29.9%. If they don't get the votes, then the sale can get blocked. Boot the management out and see how we go. As far as the management go, they would love it to go through and close it down with shareholders getting nil. I think there may be something to play for here.

I'm not sure why anyone would vote their shares in order for the Energy business to be sold for peanuts, therefore rendering the shares worthless and let these muppets get away with such mismanagement. They need to be held to account.

Spikeyj- he has also been present since before the IPO and has presided over the company's finances since then and has completed screwed the whole thing up. He also sold ALL of his shares in the IPO, and has been the only person to make anything out of the whole mess. It stinks. The outlook is grim and has been grim for quite a while, hence the collapse in the share price from the IPO price.

and have been for a long time...I do believe in the HFC space, BUT I am concerned about the management of the company. Unfortunately it seems to be run for their own benefit as opposed to the shareholders that own it. Nothing would make me more happy than to see this business turned round without any more dilution to long term holders, and for the company to start doing what it said it would do when the IPO took place.
