VINANZ IPO
(VLRM will own 24%, 30m shares)
SHARE PRICE - 3p
TOTAL SHARES - 123m (90m locked-in)
MKT CAP - £3.69m.
So who would pay £6.25 a share!

@Darren042
How are you pretty sure? I am sure that the £70k was raised from VLRM shareholders, and not RP/PLY/DL.
I’m certainly not suggesting that the Three Stooges stumped up the money!
I’m strongly suggesting some very underhanded financial wrongdoing is taking place.
Not even a fool like me would pay £70,500 for 0.02% of a company that in reality has a MC of £0.00
I think the fact that there is no director buying is a telling sign that all is not going to plan!
Either that, or Peter “ full of sh8 “ pan has purchased every share available. Apparently it’s his final top up about 10 times a day!

Can you prove fake members in the Telegram Group?
Well, the fact that there isn’t are Carmen that works at Juno is a bit of a give away.
The person they were/are trying to represent is Cat Barker! Not Carmen.
In hindsight, the fact that the head chair leader Peter has and has always had DL’s contact details should have been a huge red flag to all us investors.
They even made fake accounts in the telegram group, “Carmen from Juno” as an example. Crooked to the back teeth.
Maybe the powers that be don’t want RP and DL being named as the people that front the company because of their very questionable pasts. Having a history of screwing over investors is not a good look for a stock exchange.
Perhaps they are desperately trying to find somebody to get in bed with them, understandably there are no takers
Just an alternative theory, but one that carries water, I would suggest.
I certainly will not invest in a company that either of them are involved in again!
I’m wondering if the conversation about Patrick leaving is the start of the end, Patrick the god quits, DL and RP can’t find another legend they trust to replace him.
VLRM ceases to progress on its amazing and revolutionary plans.
If the purchase of the GSX is successful, the future focus of the GSX will be to expand the access to European capital for early stage and small-cap companies in the Middle East, India and Africa - where there is a huge opportunity to empower entrepreneurs across the region.
IF, that’s quite concerning!
