So with gold now at $3600, if we average $3400 per oz for the second half and the AISC is the same as the first qtr then profit for the second qtr will be $6 million higher than the first half ie $25 million so full year will be around $44 million or £32 million.. production is expected to increase further in the second half. The sorter at Coringa is working well above what was forecast so this is a baseline profit number.. what is not to like

I really dont think people are getting this company yet, the investments are strategic, important and the connections of the people running it are first class. You just need patience. When this plays out there will be millionaires made from this, all the hyperbole posting and all the slagging off of each other wont make a difference, its all about patience

So lets assume that production for this qtr is 11,000 oz with an AISC of $1800 and an average gold price of $3350 thats a profit per oz of $1550 per oz or $17 million profit in the qtr ... many are calling for gold to go to $4000 per oz, but lets say it averages $3500 for the rest of the year. and production is on taget.. that will bring us to a profit of $70 mill or £46 mill..ish... P/E of 3 ish....its a gift

Just as ACG are on the cusp of starting copper production in 6 months time, copper price just top $10,000 per tonne gold over $3500 and silver heading for $41... whats not to like

So ACG plan is to produce 300,000 tonnes of copper over the 5 year period from 2026 thats $2.8 billion in revenue at todays copper price... with a nett profit of around $1.5 billion. plus gold and silver still being produced as a by product.. so in my humble opinion that gives a market cap of around $3 billion in 5 years time...thats at least a 10 bagger from here....I'll wait

DM... you might want to revisit your statement about higher cost producers gaining more when gold rises. If gold is at $2500 per oz and your AISC is $1000 you are making $1500 profit per oz, If your AISC is $1500 then your profit is only $1000. If gold goes to $4000 per then the lower cost producer now makes $3000 per oz or 300% margin, the higher cost producer makes $2500 per oz or 250% margin...

Financial disicipline?? do you want them to stop exploring for more gold? the AISC is practically the same as the same period last year but they have spent more on exploration activities which mean that they have kept other costs in check, given the period of inflation just gone in the last 2 years I think their cost discipline is excellent.
