If you held all shares in a ISA it will delist to a existing trading account or new one setup..thus being held to CGT and lossing all tax free advantages on the money you've transferred into your ISA over the years.

Selan are carrying the wages until resolutions are passed i believe..i am very sceptical about a private listing with so much what ifs involved
