Thank you for the reply, it will be interesting to see if the same theory valuation process is carried out when the CPR is released as that will see if your valuation guide is correct or are there other methods at play.
How do you get to your calculations when placing a value ? I read you focus on the outputs to determine a SP but once we have a CPR with reserves stated do you then alter the way in which you value ? As essentially the asset value would go a long way to determining the value of a company ?
I hope you and those close to you make the return that see’s everyone well and that the risk was worth taking, I genuinely feel we aren’t that far away from the SP turning a corner we just have the ya sales pinning is back a little on the daily increases but it’s all in the raising money for the bigger picture we are so close now ????
Don’t give up just be clear on what you are saying, dilution can be good and bad. You talk of cake etc etc is all rubbish more shares equals bigger cake if you don’t take a bit more of the cake when more is available then yes your old slice of cake is smaller it’s about maintaining a percentage , but all the shares issued have been for growth purposes and what we have now is 10 times the value of what it was a few years agoutis only a matter of time before the MC reflects it
That isn’t the relevance of shares in issue though , that is a case of not maintaining the percentage you hold in relation to shares issues, they are 2 different things . That SP is purely a division of available shares against MC
Once we have a CPR for the Portland (followed by the kimm) that in turn will give us our Net Asset Value for those particular assets if the the Portland alone is worth say 500mill that should be reflected massively in the share price the fact planning is in place the second a CPR drops we could see a massive re-rate it’s just a matter of when now
The planning approval has now cemented the opportunity here, all that’s required is a cpr to be dropped for the Portland (to start with) at any time in turn creating a nav and this could multiply very quickly. Granted some share disposal will pin any short term rises back but ultimately nothing stopping this being a 300-400 mill cap company in the near to short term that’s not a ramp that is factual IMO
