Patrick didn't really talk much but let the questions flow and even though VLRM wasn't mentioned Nigels answers did the talking and confirmed where we are at. The last 4minutes are worth a listen.

In response to the question "where does the revolution go next" ?, Nigel replies " whoever bridges the gap between the traditional finance and services sector to the digital assets and crypto market will have a huge, huge, market share going forward"

Binance where tracking the price of the underlying share. The customer had no voting rights or received dividend pay-outs so they where asked to stop.
VLRM will be built up regulation first unlike Binance who must rewrite their own rule book and business model to comply with regulation. If you had done your research you will of realised Hassans (who are helping VLRM succeed) have been working on this for years. The Guardian Article mentions "The Blockchain Rock", here is a presentation explaining it all.

@meanmrmustard - Yes you can, I have VLRM shares in both a AJ Bell ISA and AJBell SIPP.
Proposed Acquisition of the Juno Group in Gibraltar covering Trusts, Fund Administration and Company Administration is a major expansion of Valereum operations;
https://www.aquis.eu/aquis-stock-exchange/for-investors/announcements?view_news_id=3376321
The latest RNS released by VLRM got me thinking about what VLRM are trying to achieve with Juno, but we need the back story
To summarise back in 2020 the GATE community released an announcement with the following statement:-
"2020 has been eventful and challenging in many ways; as the first signs of COVID began to emerge, we reviewed our business model with the intention of becoming a leaner organisation, post restructuring, focused solely on our highest priority, creating a global network of digital securities exchanges using GATE. The agreed strategy was to divest all non-core businesses, reduce headcount and costs, and allocate all of our resources on the execution of our capital markets vision."
Buried at the bottom of the same announcement is this...
"Juno Holdings which holds shares in Juno Fund Services and Juno Fiduciary Services, a licensed fund administration and fiduciary company, has also been sold to management."
And now Juno now looks to be coming under new management with VLRM:-
"On completion, Alan Gravett, a director of Valereum, will become Chairman of Juno. Alan has a distinguished history of trust and company management in Gibraltar from his days at Barclays where he helped develop Barclays Trust's operations in Gibraltar"
What could Juno provide VLRM? Well Juno describes itself as follows:-
Juno provides a full range of corporate and fiduciary services to new and established companies, from incorporation to company secretary, registered office and ongoing administration. We are licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Service Commission for the provision of corporate and trust services (see our license page for details).
A corporate trust services can provide assistance with both the issuance and administration of corporate debt. Debt which VLRM are trying to tokenise.
IMO the purchase of Juno is fast a fast track method to help getting the regulation sorted, no tech to wait for ;-) and as per Patrick L Young Director of VLRM:
Juno is part of the framework - the trust part and it comes fully regulated. So it's a key component. If you look at Canada, TMX recently bought AST Trust, so it's not a unique approach (albeit Canada is focussed on legacy assets).
We won't be doing legacy asset of course and pure speculation DYOR!

Hopefully a few and plenty of reasons why
The CEO is building a team around him & some fantastic partners
• Patrick K. Young (God when it comes to blockchain and global exchanges)
• Vinay Gupta (Mattereum)
• Nick Cowan (GSX)
• Hassans
Multiple projects at various stages of development.
Option to purchase 80% of The Gibraltar stock exchange. Acquisition of GSX which made £12.6m last year and estimated to be worth around £30-£50 million
Option to purchase 20% of the Gibraltar Stock exchange group. Potential full use of million-dollar technology via GSX, Gatenet, Polymath
VLRM Will become the World's first fully regulated exchange to link Crypto with real World Fiat money. Read the small print when it comes to Mode and Revolut. These are not fully regulated exchanges but operate under a “Money Laundering” arrangement.
OTCQB potential migration to upper market in the US.
The results of discussions with heads of major exchanges and updates on the progress off building several multi asset exchanges.
A Potential MCAP of £116mil which is roughly £1.60 share price based on the purchase of GSX alone. Looking for summer targets next year of £3-£5.
VLRM strategy is to build a full regulated exchange. What not to like and tip.
If I remember rightly there was as certain prediction from a helmet wearing mando loving oilman (who shall remain nameless) who said that this was gonna hit 5p before Christmas. I'm thinking, do I need start considering cancelling my Lambo!
All said in jess ofc ;) -- 10p before new year! LMAO!
The following video was released on the Gate Community Telegram Group tonight. Its a questions and answer session with Nick Cowan, Group Chief Executive Officer at GSX Group Limited where VLRM will have the option to purchase 20% off . And VLRM Gets a mention in the video around 4:52 — "...Fruition, next few weeks"
IMO this has been years in the making and fits in with what's happening with the Crypto space next year, Regulation and Security tokens. You could argue that maybe over the next few years Crypto starts becoming meaningful, sensible and this is the start. Long term hold for sure.

Dear oh, dear. What will become of you. - F**k all probably and quite happy to admit it!
Nah not part of any brigade just happy to be invested in VLRM.
You posted on the - 15 Nov 2021 08:29 - "The negatives have come out again ,sell up and go if you don't like it , stop whining ,
Rome wasn't built in a day"
You actually posted on the 14 Nov 2021 23:21 - "This is going into overdrive, so much interest on the telegram group.
I think it will be a blue week"
It took what? 15 days for you to change your tune!
@Bobble288 - Oh Dear! Upset because Lennigas didn't make head cheerleader of the telegram group. No one in the group has ever claimed to know "information" To be honest what is the point in your post, if your that upset switch off! RP has your money now, get over it! LTH!
On where this is going then take a read of this. It was published in 2020 and reads awfully like what VLRM are trying to achieve, if not more. It discusses the upside and downsides of tokenising shares, but if you read carefully and google and the people you can connect the dots. Also begin to see that RP, PY and Hassan could be discussing it with a wider audience using and using it to build a business model for VLRM by overcoming the regulatory and technical issues of tokenising shares.
Always do your own research, but some highlights:-
Page 42 - Tokenisation in the debt markets - VLRM have the option to purchase 80% of Gibraltar stock exchange, which is full of debt securities!
Page 48 - ERC-20 Bridge Protocol - Matteruem may link into this along with GATE
Page 49 - The Swiss SIX and its SDX platform for digital assets - Who have successfully Issued the World’s First Digital Bond in a Fully Regulated Environment.
Page 14 & 27 - Polymath which GATE is a node off! And GATE was developed by GSX group who VLRM have 20% option to buy into.
https://www.oecd.org/finance/The-Tokenisation-of-Assets-and-Potential-Implications-for-Financial-Markets.pdf
It not just about building a bridge but could have the potential to be a part of a global stock exchange.
Please again DYOR!
No been visiting for a long time. You just wound me up!
