Plexus Holdings PLC, the AIM quoted oil and gas engineering services business and owner of the proprietary POS-GRIP® friction-grip method of wellhead engineering, is pleased to announce that it has conditionally agreed to acquire 4,950,495 Ordinary Shares (the "Buyback Shares") beneficially held by LLC Gusar (OOO Gusar) Ltd ("Gusar"), by way of an off-market buyback at an aggregate price of £2,500,000 representing a price of 50.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Buyback"). Would love them to give us 50p a share and take the company private.

Your talking over a million pounds worth of shares there.Wonder if another institution has picked them up and we will get another holding RNS.That’s a lot of shares to sell in the market without a corresponding buyer !!

Hills research are giving a £5 price target on this share.Wow, hope their right.I would happily settle for half that !!

The best thing you can do is buy more shares if you believe in the company and can afford it.Don’t risk more than you can afford to lose. More buyers than sellers and the price goes up and vice versa. Simples !!!!

Balancing the books between market makers is usually the UT trade for most shares at around 16.30 so I still think it’s a buy and not some balancing trade.

545,000 buy just after the close on Friday. Not chicken feed.Been several large buys lately .We maybe about to turn north hopefully.

The broker I’m with can’t trade on the Aquis exchange so I’m wondering if that’s why I have so many restrictions with these warrants.Will have to move to another broker who can.

Yes that’s what I’m thinking but don’t forget they expire on the 19th June 2022.Think I was wrong in saying you have to wait 18 months before you can sell them after exercising and think it’s 12 months from exercising but all rather confusing .

Just got a message on my share dealing account asking if I would like to exercise the warrants at 0.45p. Lots of conditions including an 18 month lock in period before you can sell them.Also cannot transfer to another broker for 18 months and need written permission from Ananda to sell them.This seems very draconian and unfair .What do other people think.
