Is this a major issue considering anyone owning a Firestick likrly has a smart TV and/or access to at least one of; Freeview, Android, Apple, set-top box etc. where readily accessible?

Annual CPI rate plus 3.9% for Vodafone and not solely limited to telecoms as (usually) a basic principle of initial agreement if term greater than 12 months and applied each April.

Hopefully his (Daniel Liberto's) guidance proves equally inaccurate as the article he wrote a few months ago recommending Wincanton considering today's profit warning and subsequent 27% drop in share price!

As both a LTH and Tottenham season ticket holder I've been conditioned to not get overly optimistic throughout the years - like riding a rollercoaster with the ups and downs (obviously more downs but that would ruin my analogy!).

I've averaged down to £1.30 excluding dividends after buying back in at 55p and in for the long run.

Carolyn Mccall has taken a lot of grief, some rightly so but other stuff just unsubstantiated rhetoric from those of whom, like myself, have seen a significant fall in their investment on paper. Everyone is entitled to their opinion though which I fully appreciated.

Covid and Ukraine were factors beyond her control and hopefully the results will show an upturn in fiortunes with a positive future outlook under her leadership. However, as per my first paragraph it could also be a metaphorical car crash!!

Possibly a daft question carltt, semantics if you will, but wouldn't imprisoned landlords just be renting accommodation at the expense of taxpayers and therefore making us their landlord....?
