So probably taking on $1b of debt but will have $500m cash and an order book of $6b raising upto $60b (potentially)
Probably need $100m to secure the debt
So worst case scenario
100m raised at 5p
Giving an mcap of what… £120m at 5p?
Thats worst case… in the derampers view
Largest holder is a billionaire sitting at 80p he’ll probably want most of the placing you’d think 🤔
Then all new shares will probably be sticky and need voting in
The day they announce this packs it does 200%+ I bet with the shorts scrambling to close out..5p nobody is selling it’s pointless… traders and new investors will scramble to get in and 9% of the float needs to close with mms probably running short books too
Further detail on these initiatives will be announced in due course.

“ Last month the British Business Bank, a development bank owned by HM Government, launched a £150 million investment fund for Scotland, unlocking additional funding to help smaller businesses and McColl says the team at Alba has already had discussions with the bank.”
Jim McColl, Non-Executive Director said: "I have been working with the Amigo team for several months and have found them to be passionate and hard working. I am delighted to join the Board at this time to help try to find a new role for Amigo. A particular area of interest will be to explore the opportunity to build Amigo through acquisition as a wealth management focused group, supporting SMEs and high net worth individuals, as well as potentially providing back-office software solutions to support other developing finance platforms."
