jsmith23, Sadly not at the highs but I have sliced Dev and those are free riding (but tiny amount, 20k shares) and I got in on GGP/EUA at a low SP and sold some to free ride in GGP and average around 2.2p at EUA (only recently toted up my buys/sells to see where I am at). My main fear has actually been the taxman, so I never wanted to go above the £12-13k threshold profit. Seems really stupid now but I have countered some gains by losses (sirius was my worst and other stocks I lost confidence in) so that I never got to that situation. That will change next year, hopefully, if stocks pick up of course. All my PF is in a standard trading account and not a tax free haven like an ISA.
Nice one TrekMadone. I have just got into PUR after losing confidence at RMM (things did not make sense to me - a producing mine since 2012 but needing funding, I don't get it).

SP finished at 15.5p i.e. mid of bid/ask. 16.5p is just the UT ? So opens tomorrow at 15.5p but lse will show as down from 16.5p (which is not really the case). I am asking just to see if I am getting a handle on things. Some tidy grades again. GLA. Cheers, Dan

Sadly I have learnt nothing over the last two and a half years of my trading adventure and fall into the 'don't quite know' category. The world of pain began for me this year. One thing I still have not worked out is my 'exit strategy' or SP at which to move on . I can always look back and say why did I not exit EUA at 43p, GGP at 35p and Dev at 48p but my thoughts were that they were worth more than that. How do you set an exit SP strategy that is realistic ? This is a problem I am facing to the detriment of around £66K profit lost to date. GLA. Cheers, Dan

Too true ShrewdDude67 and feel the same. Well done to HawkesBay for getting out of EUA and GGP at exactly the right time. I didn't and am still holding and hoping there. Early Dec 2020 my PF value was £153k and now it is around £87K (the amount of money I put into hl for trading was £48.2K so still up at least on paper - for now ?!). Invested in many different stocks across different segments and whether it is aim or main makes no difference. Whether they are explorers or even producing oilers/miners still it falls. I think the reality is it costs so much to get the stuff (whether it is oil, gold, copper, platinum, etc) that there is no real profit in it. Still we hope. GLA. Cheers, Dan

My experience of main market trading includes Iconic labs (previous bod legged it and currently experiencing administration), Sirius minerals (lots of PIs, me included, lost out big time) , the farce that was copl today and some unfortunate financials at hemo.

Whilst I have made nothing (paper gains only), my main paper gains (currently) have been from EUA and GGP. Both AIM and both destroyed by those flipping IIs - thought IIs were supposed to be a good thing. Although, to be fair to main market, I have bagged the most (again only on paper) from dev but hold a tiny amount there.

If it would allow fair trading then yes to main market but I don't see todays action on copl as fair. Good question there GAZALA69 and I have to say I would abstain for now. GLA. Cheers, Dan

Hello smudge104, as AG1989 says, KOD is mostly about the Lithium exploration. But the results below from recent (29/7/21) rns are pretty good;

Early days here, sizing up the geo first (safe location, own equipment, funded). Agree re: GGP a safer bet as mining starting within next 2-3 years I think (huge ore body at Hav), but see the first results for ScallyWag in April (not so good so far). PUR also potentially good near term (producer and ramping up soon. Delays and issues with fires of late I believe). Some great grades seen in Cora especially as close to surface (negative being location/political risk).

Possibly most posters here have heard of Kod and probably don't rate it but they recently reported some impressive grades (29/7/21 RNS) - speculative due to location perhaps and some concerns over management . Just some thoughts. Cheers, Dan

Cheers for the heads up on this one 1DAYMAYBE from the other bb. Some serious grades and also the depth of the grade and how shallow the holes are to get to these grades. Quite impressed and will keep an eye on this one - speculative buy of 13K shares is my buy to start with.

I am in quite a few gold stocks and this one compares favourably. Also, for a laugh, I got into another stock by mistake over a year ago (underwater there, but ever hopeful). The mistake I made was confusing it with this stock (I put an extra letter, 'b', in the ticker code) - doh. Cheers, Dan
