Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Wish I had read your post earlier Monty888. It is worse than what you mention i.e. you can buy easily at 7.67 now but unable to sell the damn things (even 100 shares - on HL). Doh. GLA, Dan
Blimeyori re: AIM companies. This is Main Market listed. AIM/MAIN does not matter - both extremely risky IME. GLA, Dan
Is this why a certain BOD has gone ? Maybe sold a load before this RNS came out as he knew ? Just guessing of course. GLA, Dan
No issue at HL, 100k shares bought at 0.79p. GLA, Dan
Cheers pwlx for the update and taking the time to go to the hearing. GLA, Dan
Thanks for the replies. I think that it actually may not need paying. I did some digging and found this from 5/12/18 RNS;
'· The one-time license payment will also be confirmed to the Company. Payment terms are set out on a 20/80 basis, ie 20% initially and 80% within the first 5 years of mine production.'
No production, therefore no 80% requirement I think. GLA, Dan
I wondered what the status is of the following from 19/9/23 RNS (section 14: Commitments):
'At the time of the award of the Monchetundra mining license a royalty payment was calculated by the Russian Federal Reserves Commission. 20% of this payment was paid in December of 2018 and the remaining 80%, or Rub16.68 mln (approximately £150,000) to be paid by November 2023.'
Any thoughts / does anyone know ? GLA, Dan
Trade at 10am for 20k shares (@1.67p) is a buy and the one at 10.25ish for 50k shares (@1.65p) is also a buy (when it appears). GLA, Dan
Both trades were reported, at the same time, by the real LSE on Friday (both together at 15:10). Market identifier code SINT - if that means anything to anyone ? GLA, Dan
Hi GoldGirl - Yes, I left a fill order with HL which was executed at 13:19 (just for 1M shares). GLA, Dan
Is this in auction currently ? Not able to buy 1M or even 100k shares using HL. Can sell just fine. GLA, Dan
Have mentioned before, but this is listed on the main market. GLA, Dan
This was a good listen. Funding requirement down from $15.5M to $10.5M - my understanding being that the expansion is progressing (slowly, would be faster with funding) using profits from the mining. HL pads 5-9 to follow HL pad 4 - also good. Awaiting the Q3 results - should be here today according to RM at 9mins in (I am hoping to see more than 400ozs/PM, although RM mentioned the rainy season?). I recall one company that issued a warning (albeit 3 days) of a pending suspension - GRL. GLA, Dan
Hi SteveE60 - you can see trades on the Aquis stock exchange using this site. Just pick the WSBN.PL ticker when using WSBN in the share price search box. GLA, Dan
At least this time they have given notice of the forthcoming suspension. Companies are allowed up to 4 months to report accounts, hence why the suspension is on the 1/11/23. Why the delay ? There has been a lot of financial 'stuff' (share subscriptions/lending from a HNWI, etc.) and corporate governance going on in the period (July 22 - June 23), various high level staff leaving, funding going awry. Not going to be as simple as last year I would imagine. GLA, Dan
Hopefully something rather better Watcher36, we certainly need it. No rises at Newmont, Newcrest or THX and a small rise at SHG (other gold miners are available lol), so not sure it is POG related. Nice to see that their X account is still operating though. GLA, Dan
Nice to see it going in the right direction, up $100 dollars in the last ten days. The last AISC was reported (4/8/23) at $1218/oz for the 2Q23 results. Hopefully we will not have to wait until next year for the 3Q23 results (cf. 3Q22 results). GLA, Dan (PS. like the 'disgruntled ex-employee' explanation)
Correct LW - that is the one and it is still there and unchallenged. GLA, Dan
Hi JC, it was a reply to the tweet Caracal put out on the 26/9/23. It was from a Tolian David. I trust you have access to X. I referenced the tweet back on 3/10/23 (page 4 currently). GLA, Dan
Certainly is. The lack of a challenge from Caracal in response to that tweet on 28/9 also concerns me a little. Surely an RNS would be required for such a situation, if it were true. GLA, Dan
