as for kylie's continuously touted delays on phase 1, he has clearly never been involved in a major project requiring suppliers / contractors from many parts of the world working together. we have seen evidence that the off site created components are enroute.

thanks for reply, Obviously there`s a long way to go with all of that and let`s hope at least some of what you mention actually happens, I think, hope, some is very possible but we all know how quickly thing`s can change.

Is there a general rule of thumb measurement of nett profit x ? = what the market should be ? hope that makes sense !

Partial Conversion of Convertible Loan Note

Total Voting Rights

Sound Energy (AIM: SOU), the AIM listed transition energy company, advises that it has received conversion notices to issue 22,222,221 new Ordinary Shares ("Shares") at a conversion price of 2.25 pence per Share under an existing Convertible Loan Note Agreement, the terms of which were announced on 13 June 2023 ("Partial Conversion"). The Partial Conversion reduces the amount owing on the Convertible Notes by £500,000, with £1,000,000 remaining.

An application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 8.00 a.m. on 5 October 2023.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged share capital will comprise 1,929,789,348 ordinary shares of 1p each, each with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
