Believe that we are either at or very near a bottom here and an upward move from current depressed levels towards ~17 September update (and hopefully strongly on wards positive thereafter) is now imminent.

It has been increasingly evident that Kier Group new management have been trying hard to avoid work with low margins and hence, Kier wins in the last ~1 Year have seemingly been on much better margins than before which should IMHO start to reflect in their balance sheet sooner than most may expect or wish for here, also, recent cost cutting initiatives will additionally have their positive effects particularly, along with more workload due to increased government infrastructure spending ahead.

IMHO, upside potential here is now just way too massive to ignore, and with minimal downside risks based on present fundamentals.

Kier is now a solid company, with the tail wind with us and a little bit of luck, hopefully we'll see analysts 200 PT here a lot sooner than most expect.

"Barclays Capital reaffirms its equal weight investment rating on Micro Focus International PLC (LON:MCRO) and set its price target to 420p", still IMHO, anything purchased under 550 will prove to be an amazing investment here over a relatively short time, please DYOR.

Feels like a really big positive upward move is now imminent with little downside risks from here on I believe.

Anything less than 200 will look like a grand bargain in less than 1 year IMO, KIE SP is currently on a massive Sale and I'm topping up whenever possible, also agree that it's probably the most undervalued SP around at present.

No doubt now being way too oversold, MCRO is currently trading very much under fair value based on fundamentals, markets do that at times, however when they do, the upward rebound/revision could also be huge and hence IMHO, massive potential upside here now can no longer be ignored.

This now certainly has the feel of an imminent and massive upside breakout here, and IMO, 8 will be first true resistance level subsequently followed by 10, time will tell for sure.

wyndrum, I also believe that a RI here will eventually not happen and the KL sale will proceed in a positive manner, however to answer your question on the potential ratio of such a RI it it were to happen then IMHO, it will be 1-1.

wyndrum, I fully disagree, personally in the back of my mind I was always prepared for a RI, particularly, post the outbreak of Covid-19 and I'm surprised that you only noticed this possibility post a footnote in the RNS; KIE SP today has this and even a now very much unlikely bankruptcy potential all priced in (and more), hence IMO, even a whiff of positive news on KL or anything else here will have the SP surge to new highs, and I certainly see KIE as a very sound long term investment IMO, please DYOR.

wyndrum, Post this RNS update, I'm personally extremely confident that particularly in today's environment there is now no chance of Kier Group going bust and also if there is a RI, again in this historically ultra low interest rate environment where infrastructure spending is key government policy, I see the KIE SP significantly rising soon after any successful RI (which I believe it will be successful, and a potential RI is already 90% priced in although, I only see a 40% probability of it happening), all IMOO.

IMO, every possible pessimistic scenario is already well priced in here and as a result, KIE SP is now trading very much below fair value, an upward market move/correction is now highly likely and sooner than most presently expect.

Also see today as market overreaction here which is not unusual, easy to forget the huge and now confirmed infrastructure spending currently in the works to help revive the UK economy post Covid Pandemic; KIE is additionally also good defensive play and being presently much undervalues has massive potential going forward IMHO.

Solid RNS, nicely rising Oil Prices with increasing demand along with lower supplies should all help GKP's significantly undervalued SP to fly from here onward towards much fairer market values/MC, IMHO.

Tomorrow should be much better here, GKP SP is currently trading very much under fair value based on fundamentals IMO.

Good buys at the close on Friday, overall should be very good here moving forward IMO.

RT was overrated IMHO, particularly when it came to HUR as a business, and present SP surely reflects same. However, new team in place seems to now be increasingly focused on O&G company fundamentals with aim of bringing value back in the ailing and currently much undervalued SP by cutting unnecessary costs, increasing production levels, and focusing on value for shareholders. Hence from here on and based on today's crazy low valuations, I can only see massive upsides ahead here going forward, and possibly now with RT gone, numerous bids with juicy premiums to obtain great assets at low prices.

Lots of moving parts here, and fortunately all looking positive.
