rollover is an internal transfer - from share account to ISA etc
shares haven't changed hands but are held in a different entity for tax purposes

probably get one in a couple of days- they always run a couple of days behind in getting issued

The amount of shares is exactly the same as the Directors Buys in March -this will likely make it a transfer from personal name to a more tax efficient entity

looks like someone got confused inputting that trade at 10am
it will be a buy at that team and explains the increase today

They have let themselves and shareholders down over the last few weeks
Mistakes on RNS's and the DBI fiasco doesn't fill me with confidence
The AJE situation is out of our hands as we have no operational control (maybe for the best)

Accounts will be interesting - the cash burn will still be pretty high but see if any reduction with the cost saving measures, we have still had zero revenue except the sale of shares in Superdielectrics and this won't be in these accounts except as a post accounting note

Main one for me is the PetroNor / Panoro completion - this is a major step to Phase 2 / 3 in AJE
Any Financing for Barracuda would be decent but Trafigura would be excellent if ADME , especially if an offtake agreement could be reached (on the basis the drill is successful)

Again it's pretty poor basic information, ultimately its immaterial to what happens with ADME and Barracuda, we are the operator and that's where the real money (also majority risk is)

22minutes in on the timeline - New CPR to be done by end of April athough to be fair, at 10 minutes in it says new CPR to be completed within next few months
looking at the timeline - i think they have the top two the wrong way round

In the presentation it had already been done and was expected by end of April, now 4 to 6 weeks away

The only good thing about that RNS was that it confirms there has been no commitment or funds sent to DBI - so ultimately lost nothing - Osa just lost a lot of credibility going forward

It’s a decent sale, it’s not ADME’s core and it’s a decent profit
As I said on Superdielectrics before, nothing wrong with the tech moving forward but it’s years from doing anything and our small stake had to mean the company was needing to be worth billions before it made a material difference, these funds can be invested in Barracuda and with a decent contribution, we may be able to get better finance from an African Bank, and with us leasing the equipment initially, our capex hopefully won’t be horrific, Barracuda is still a punt in my opinion but at least OSA is backing it with company funds

My Calculation was cautious

the estimated cost per barrel is c$20 so i am working on $50 as sale price
Its a pretty cautious prediction but there is increasing pressure for Fossil Fuels to stop been used

then try to add some real rationale to the perspective - you have not done this on anything yet
this is a junior oil play - the whole value lies in the future chance of success
its very subjective - spend some time to write details on the positive and why its a positive - yes spikey might provide a different opinion but this is what we are here for

AJE has huge Long Term Value - we have just over 10% in AJE and with the new operator targeting over 25,000 bopde in 4-5 years, we could be looking at generating significant revenue once the debt has been repaid (that if you read the brief isn't too concerning) - we could easily be in 5 years generating revenue of $75,000 a day

I wouldn't worry about other peoples motives / views - you cant change them or control it
all you can do is provide your research / views
I'm pondering whether this is worth a top up at this price - i'm still bullish on AJE long term but my thoughts are to wait for the completion of the PetroNor / Panoro deal

Can't give it a rest on OSA - it was brought up in questions and he lied
we have no evidence of Barracuda been any form of decent deal - we have not been provided with any Technical Data on Barracuda - we have completed the deal so there can be no 'Confidential Data' and ADME were getting their own technical data by end of April - we have seen nothing
All we know, the prospect has had 4 wells drilled and all of them have been unsuccessful
And now we know that DBI (who are providing the funds to ADME) who supposedly have a lot of experience in Oil & Gas might be no better than John Smith down the road - tresh9 posted the guys CV - while he is certainly connected - nothing says he has the cash or access that ADME need to do this deal
AJE is a lot safes (imho) as soon as Panoro / PetroNor deal concludes
Barracuda while I like the structure - its cash heavy on ADME and if it fails or we can't get the funds to drill, we are in a real mess

Its time for OSA to come clean and give all facts, release the CPR report
The SP doesn't lie (20%+ on this revelation) and its more to do with trust
