This update really could land anytime, the first colorectal patient had already been doses at the time of the RNS 30/3/20. I suppose Covid could be effecting the study sites differently so that could explain any short term delays we have.

Short term yes, but we would be kicking ourselves if we do a deal on Traumakine in the States, and sign over xx% of future sales only for a week later WHO to confirm what we hope we already know.

For me the quicker we get an update from WHO the better, then assuming its positive I am expecting it will be swiftly followed by the HIBISCUS announcement.

I think Solidarity and Remap have made CALIBRE redundant, at least for now.

With Covid numbers still so high in the States now would be the ideal time to start HIBISCUS, so that leaves the question is it funding arrangements or regulatory approval that are causing the delay?

The FDA accepted the design and protocol for CALIBER (as per RNS 9/3/20) so can we assume its funding?

If it is funding I for one am wondering if Markku is holding off signing an agreement giving away to much of Traumakine until we get some answers back from Solidarity which could have the potential to transform the way Traumakine is valued.

As it seems we are currently not having to fund CALIBER, and the cost of the WHO trials is only the supply of the drugs I would have liked to have seen us press ahead and fund HIBISCUS ourselves, if SNG can recruit for and run a trial in such a short time frame surly we could have done the same...but what do I know.

Yes it’s a new article using 2 year old data, I suppose that really means Faron need to be a bit more vocal about there more recent findings...

I don't know why it is dated 17/2/20, when the data it is referring to is almost two years out of date at that point, and has since been explained with further research...I would suggest it should have been updated if they wanted to date it this year.
