Just ignore Hinkley, he done his best to try and convince people Kier would fail, he and Steve72 are the ones that failed miserably. Instead of continuing with their diatribe, they should crawl back under the rock from which they came.
Hinkley, your so full of it, don't you have anywhere else you can go?. You and the likes of Steve72 have clearly been totally wrong all along, Kier is her to stay and the SP will rise over time as market confidence is fully restored. Give it a rest as I'm sure the majority on here are just laughing at you now.
Steve72, you tried your best to knock Kier and predicted there downfall, and failed miserably, you're now trying another angle with no credibility. Don't you think it's now time you just disappeared and leave those with a vested interest to the discussion?
Kier Living sold as promised, no doubt would have happened sooner if not for covid, but still sold. Some said it would never be sold or get anything near like they did and still they peddle their nonsense. No doubt there will be a bit more short pain with an equity raise which will potentially write of most of the debt and a refinance package agreed. Steve72 and Hinkley, do us a favour and go and peddle your nonsense elsewhere, Kier is here to stay.
Your a funny man Matlot, some might even say desperate. The housing business is in the process of being sold, and will be sold, whether it's today, tomorrow, next week or next month it will be sold. They have enough working capital to hold off until the right offer is made. and not sell for a quick buck.
And here he is. Matlot your dire predictions of Kiers demise is purely fiction, fact, Kier will not be going bust, it will take a long time for the share price to get back to anywhere near it was, but fact, it will. No increase in debt which no doubt you thought there would be, sale of housing to reduce debt along with sale of land banks and other assets could potentially reduce the debt by 50% or more. Are you still predicting they will go bust, down to zero???
Just seems strange that he constantly preaches how bad kier are and how they will go bust, but as soon as any positive news comes out he goes silent. No doubt if the price start to slip during the day he will re-appear.
Metamorphosos84, are you seriously claiming this will hit zero and go bust? If so can you please provides us all with the reasoning behind your theory? Could you also confirm if your invested? If you claim not to be, why are you actually here?
Snoopbobby, big difference between Kier and Carillion is Carillion sold/disposed of any real assets years before going bust. Kier still have plenty of property and land it can dispose of to help reduce debt. When Carillion announced its big profit warning, it talked about how they would turn the company round and did nothing, Kier have actually done something. The reported resignations of some Directors are not factually correct as a week before they had been given the boot in a major restructure of the company. I'm not saying they can turn this round quickly, but they have time and I believe the right leader to do so.
