The announcement by A.Z. of the deal with the EU for 400M doses; The deal with Australia; The quotes by The Greek Prime Minister, it all points towards initial delivery by December and implementation by January, phased distribution, with full capacity production by July 2021.

It's extremely interesting that he states they will take delivery by December.
