Whilst we wait.....Methinks that the, 'Consumer', cannot be unprotected, ignored, and left out in the cold whilst the 'Gnones' profit from them. The SC ruling is going to be conditional and long winded. Maybe there are to be new procedural rules laid down that offers the said consumer some upfront transparent protection. I have long argued for limited compensation sums. The NHS has paid out tens of billions of YOUR money in compensation.
