BBird - I don't see why they can't hedge it. It's a paper transaction for a forward date which can be rolled over further. If they know what they are going to produce forward, they can sell the quantity for a forward contract if they want to lock in the current high PoO. Some call it locking in a profit - others call it gambling! Either way, it's a gamble the PoO won't be higher when handed over to BP. Hedging is the formally accepted word here....not gambling or speculation. Ha Ha .... bibi

The slight SP rise today is probably due to the very positive articles about HUR and Crystal Amber in The Investors Chronicle published today. Some people follow the IC religiously.

A sense of belonging and survival for one's country and beliefs.
