Cameron Pearce is in London for a month on holiday, that would take him up to around the 16th August. I still maintain that he is here for a reason and if we are closing in on that deal, that is probably why.

Well, the news of the tariffs is welcome.

I do believe we are almost in the right place at almost the right time, we should do well from here.

The yanks and others will be "getting in line" to offtake from us and there will now be added impetus to do so. Who else will join in?

Increasing offtakes will encourage financiers and investors to take a peek at what we have got.

I do believe that the JORC resource will more than double to 60-75 million tonnes and when that is released, the slide rules will be doing overtime. We are now strategically placed to become a world class resource and supplier. LW, we will reach double figures on release of the new JORC resource.

There is more to come yet, Cameron Pearce , like him or loathe him, is not in London for a month on holiday.

Even with the current JORC figures, we have a 21 year mine life.

I think the inflection point will come with the announcement of the UK offtaker. As we have surmised, we think this may be JLR. MR alluded to a blue riband company who wanted more time to complete further testing. He said we are "nearly there and (he) will be glad to see it over the line" as it paves the way for UK govt grants. IMHO, this must be JLR and is linked to offtake and the start up of the factory and phase 1 production.

If this does happen, the market will sit up and we should play a bit of catch up. Next up will be the revised JORC figures and it almost seems certain that AFC and others will finance phase1.

DFC will fund phase 2 as their process takes time and does not suit our start up ambitions.

There may also be some other offtake deals in the pipeline but the kudos/prestige of having JLR will move the share price.

Aside, MR always gives a good presentation and tells it how it is. Remember he mentioned yesterday Syrah Resources and their woes and the other company whose name I can`t remember, they started mining and shut down after a year due to getting it wrong.

I have confidence in the team here that they are going about things with integrity and a great deal of mining knowledge.

Good info everyone, apart from Tellodome whom I have now put on filter.

The timing/tonnage of the UK offtaker remains a secret but is obviously tied in with production requirements for the Bridgewater plant should that come to fruition. It is expected to start in 2027 with SAFELOOP coming on board in 2028.

Convinced now that there is a lot going on behind the scenes regarding funding. Getting the graphite supplied to the customer is going to be critical and customers will not want to be paying staff in idle plants.

I agree with MB.

We know the DFC will take time to process their financing-MR alluded to this and mentioned they might come on board next year, hence the fact we now have AFC and the EIB in the mix.

I do think that should we get the JLR offtake, the UK Govt will provide some cash grants to help us out.

We are not short of financiers and outline term sheets will be drawn up as we speak.

It should be all uphill from here.

You beat me to it isas, that photo looks like graphite showing at 71m depth.

We were not happy at the time but can we now see the importance of raising the £1M to carry on the drilling momentum.

It looks insignificant now with the results coming out. Orum Cross looks like it may contain in excess of 3 billion tonnes of graphite.

I think news on another offtake deal won`t be far off either.
