The RNS heading says it is a RECAP (for emphasis, you know) and that is all it is. There is nothing new in it at all.
They may well know what acquisitions they want but by the time they are concluded, it will be next year. They are not ahead of schedule as some make out.
Why haven`t they mentioned the BOAGF fund value? My guess is that it is not as much as they expected. If you know clever clogs, why don`t you say so?
At the moment it is all assumptions and guesswork on the part of the desperadoes.

No update from the company for some time makes me think that they are struggling to attract business. Where is the BOAGF figure that is supposedly due.
Changes in strategy have left them chasing shadows. Danny Swick leaving, no RCF, no Hybrid accounts.
Like I said, it is more jam tomorrow. Nothing has changed for five years regarding the share price. You can listen to the rump crud all you like but they have not been right so far, all they will tell you is that patience is required.
So where are all the Allenby clients?
No different buying patterns and same old, same old. As for Zak Mir`s prediction of 5p, now he is saying 3p.
We will still be here at the end of the year at 3.5p. No wonder they cannot exercise the warrants!
