Helium One has 64mm options and warrants outstanding at an average exercise price of 16c/sh (70% premium to the current share price) in a range of 0-40c/sh.
Of which 54mm at an average exercise price of 3.6c/sh. If all these options and warrants are exercised it would raise US$2mm and increase the share count by 11%.

@oiler87, you just answered a question I have been pondering over but did not like to ask.
So this pre-drill fund raise will add some protection to our shares, as the company will still be able to pursue Eyasi and Balangida on poor results..

The report does say
" It will require further funding after the drilling campaign to undertake further exploration and appraisal activity."
I believe drilling should be completed around July/August all going to plan..

This fund raise could be further exploration funds rather than production

I read the chance of success on the wells in this phase was estimated at 20% by HE1, but I have a feeling its higher as they think the reserves are double the initial estimates..

Could be a loan in return for shares with conditions applied such as when cash is repaid shares are returned, limited trading of shares in the mean times..
But whatever I guess more shares..
Would have to look up the sorts of financing Canaccord Genuity have provided in the past..
Renergen (S Africa)got a loan from the American Gov at one stage, but we have Canaccord to assist
