RE: China $375 mcf10 May 2021 23:19
@Pantz1980
Originally H&P gave a £1.02/4 Nav if all 3 explorations wells(mbuni, kasuku, Itumbula) came in with 18bcf between them, based on $250/mcf and 500m shares in issue.
That changed to 88p when we reach 600m shares , still at $250/mcf, so I just replaced the price with $375/mcf given in the investors meeting, just to see what difference it makes..
Now the 1st drill is Tai, so a bit more has changed, and we dont know the new BCF to value it.
I dont know for certain but since Tai is 10 km^2 I think its much bigger than the other sites, my reasoning is that the report mentions the largest closures being up to 10km^2, and the reports shows the largest are 2-3 times the orignals wells.
Since the CoS is 20%, its all speculation at the moment..
