The only thing green is you. green in the fact you take no other opinion on any share or anything unless it is positive. how is qbt working it out for you. losses after losses because you are a plank who thinks anyone positive all the time is always right.

So if and it is a big if there is a big payout from cloudtag. so many on here will have to pay capital gains tax on profits from shares bought when cloudtag was trading and shares bought off amit since if that is right. just an example 20 grand profit at 22p would mean about 14 grand profit you would pay capital gains tax on. if you have losses in this tax year and previous years you can offset them losses. the more profits you make the more tax you will have to pay. now the money goes into bank account. but whether it is 20 grand, 50 grand, 100 grand or more going in that money will be flagged up by the bank. so no way round it. so all good but you will have to pay tax on the profits. now the next tax year if you invest some of that money back in amit or other shares and lose money you will have lost some of the money you have paid tax on. and then you can not ask the taxman for the tax you paid back because it was on money you paid tax on in the first place. all a load of crap. take the money and run in the unlikely event amit pays out.

I suppose if you looked at it this way. a big payout from cloudtag if it does happen. then you end up having to pay capital gains tax on the profits in that tax year. then you use some of that money you paid tax on and bought shares and lose money. you have now lost the money but paid capital gains tax on it. so you need to look at each tax year if you come into really good profits if you are going to continue in the game. otherwise take your money and run for the hills.

aim4. that sounds really bad. there is all sorts of pitfalls. one thing with capital gains tax as i got caught myself with this in the past. in one year if you make alot of money from the stockmarket and sell and then pay capital gains tax. if the year after you go back into shares and lose some of the money you paid capital gains tax on in the previous year you are ****ed. so make your money and get out and maybe stay out. the system is terrible. it works in one way only. too punish you.

So you hard work and put thousands of hours over decades being a slave to your employer who is the only one that may get rich. and when it comes to state retirement pension you get 2 pounds a week more than someone who has never worked or has hardly worked. so you can get a take away coffee. what a sick system and sick country this is. i heard that pension credit also opens up other things so having a small private pension you will be punished for saving into that as that will put you over the threshold. and do not forget they keep putting the state retirement up hoping you die before you get it. anyway this is why good timing with crypto, the right shares etc is critical. if you make enough get out of the system. and spikey could be right. if cloudtag does not pay you your money back amit is doing you a favour making sure you will not have 10 grand in retirement. lol. just joking folks.

Total change. ed being humble and ready to take the fund forward. he should now get the backing of shareholders. no good always living in the past. this is now low risk but with potential pretty big rewards given some time. the perfect AIM stock in my opinion. and rare to see this. it is because of the cash position, buyback where there may be more than one, new investments to come when timing is right and a solid portfolio going forward. added bonus is ed may buy more shares when window of opportunity comes. cash is king. well done ed in starting to turn the wheel.
