I get your situation but at least some cash back is better than nothing. yep. average down in AIM stocks is a big mistake but you will not be doing that again. what i did is fill the free w- ben form in to deal in american shares about 2 years ago. most of my shares are up between 200 percent to 500 percent timing it right. and then not bothering about AIM market apart from seed. and it worked big time. but that is the point. somehow you have to move on and use your experience to make money but it means changing mindset and leaving the rubbish behind. in my opinion anyway. as for my seed special dividend i have left it in cash with my broker. and if i do re- invest , it will be in the american shares. not seed. and that is why i have moved on. however seed still interest me but more in how badly the mistakes were made. for the time being i am staying a shareholder but i no longer bother with AIM in general. this is just what i did. but it did work making an effort and drawing on all your experience.

So let us look at all 3 for benefits. portfolio of companies. nope. share price down at 1.7. buy-back. nope. share price down at 1.7. special dividend . yes. shares are down at 1.7 but with cash back banked to shareholders. and whether you got 500 pounds or 5 thousand pounds or whatever depending on how many shares you have it it cash banked. it is simply a no brainer. 2 more dividends and more cash banked. in my opinion the rest is hoping these lot get it right in the long term. how long is a piece of string sort of thing. so conclusion. more special dividend and then liquidate the fund .

I think ed has lost confidence in making timely good investment and the fund is not set up to cut a loss. and shareholders will be angry if he gives the money to portfolio mates companies. so ed 2 more special dividends and then finish it. you benefit yourself with 3 lots of cash from special dividend and shareholders all benefit. no good just letting this rot while taking wages per month.

That is where the problem is. the large salary for doing little and poor investment performance. but a couple of things. 4 million is left enough to pay 2 special dividends and ed is a shareholder himself with a fair amount of shares. he stands to benefit big time getting 3 lots of money from the dividends which should make up somewhat for the end of his salary. and he will have done the right thing having shareholders backing. if he is not making new investments it needs to come to an end. he should know that after all this time.

It is horrible on the AIM market. i no longer bother with it. yep. cutting a loss is vital. but it is too late for many on here. ed needs to get all this 4 million back to shareholders and then liquidate the fund and close that door. enough is enough.

Yep. get the special dividends and liqiudate the fund and we get the money. i think barwick mentioned that he thought it was 3 years the last time they made a new investment. that is probalby right and the fact they made no new investments with the leap money as it stands means it should be all over.

I am on about the end game which this really should be now. yep. if they do another dividend the same way the shares will go up and then back down, ex dividend day, poor sentiment but we get the cash. nearly 40 percent. and cash is king. no point in them taking risks with the money. without the special dividend we would be at 1.7 anyway. but 1.7 and 2 special dividends is alot better at nearly 40 percent.

too many living in the past and bitter. you need to take the money and run. most aim companies **** the lot up with no special dividend. in my opinion we need a 2nd special dividend and possibly 3rd special dividend out of that money. it is shareholders money.

So the dividend did not cut your loss, a nearly 40 percent dividend. really. i thought ready cash cuts losses but i must be mistaken.

I invest in the markets to make money but if something goes wrong anything that can get my money back is welcome. i see no point at all dreaming about getting back to your average when it is unlikely to happen. so the special dividend are the way forward out of the cash. infact i think all of the money should be spent on special dividend and then close the fund. no point at all investing the money with both the risk and bad reputation this lot has got. and that can be seen with the share price. we are not going to 10p so special dividend is the only way of getting some or all your money back.

For example my position i am hardly on a loss at this price and that is through the special dividend money. a 2nd special dividend will put me in profit. for most holders a 2nd special dividend will cut there losses again. and some may end up break even or a profit taking both special dividend payments. the game now is getting some or all your money back unless he calls it a day.

We have been this low before and even before the special dividend we were not far off this price. so we would be down here anyway. i would prefer 1.7/ 1.8 and one or two special dividend cash payments rather than 1.7/ 1.8 with no dividend payments. it is a no brainer to do special dividends with the cash for long term holders.

I think it means becoming a better invester if you admit your a fool rather than make yourself an even bigger fool thinking fairytales will happen. in my opinion they just look bigger fools sticking up for amit. and the fact is there is no money.

The cheque is in the post and can you imagine someone doing that to you for years and you sttill are dumb enough to think it is going to happen. that is the cloudtag lot. i mean that is the thing with AIM shares. a profit will not be a profit because the market will take it for you if you do not take it. some think amit has been selling shares promising the golden money. so more losses from them while he has a nice wedding and holiday. you could not make it up.

Longlad. it did not sound like ed is going to break free from lorne clutches in the last RNS. it sounded like he was going to continue investing in crap with no way to get out of investment.

i am waiting for amit paying agents to turn up on here. the most dumb, stupid and gullible people in this country are on the cloudtag board. no wonder crap and fraud happens in this country. this country is dumb as ****. anyway back to seed. what is happening folks. i know, nowt.

Just a few others. bitfarms up 80 percent in a year. and a couple of the smaller market cap stocks that get mentioned on here. stronghold down 35 percent and mawson down 24 percent in a year. striking the difference of where you put your chips on. and in that time trading last summer would of been a disaster in all bitcoin related stocks for months. in my opinion it is clear. great stock picking and diamond hands is the trick.

While i have a bit of time i have looked at this as the value of great stocking over 12 months is very important. and the results are already massive depending on how good or how crap you are. so a year ago up till now. clean spark up 271 percent and way above all. terawulf up 154 percent. iren up 142 percent. mara up 43 percent. riot down 40 percent. argo down 22 percent. bitdigital down 21 percent. look at the difference in a year. i put alot of value on great stock picking and diamond hands. looking at this your going to need to be a good stock picker. i left corz out because it was not trading and most of the rest have been poor considering the bitcoin rise over the last 12 months.
