Further to the Company's announcements of 27 September 2018 and 22 October 2018, the Company announces that it continues discussions to raise further funds but at present there has been no definitive agreement entered into to provide further working capital.

The Company's working capital position is tight and there remains the risk that unless further funds are sourced in the near term then the Company would need to invoke an insolvency procedure.

The Company will make further announcements in due course.

of course people get suspicious of such drops but the official timescale was 35-45 days so if it goes past 45 days then that's when no news is bad news imo,worrying there is no news when no news was forecast is pointless.

i admit it does seem a bit suspicious and if it is another failure then some serous questions need to be answered as to why the sp had acted in this way just before results.but like i say if,i'm really hoping it isn't how it looks.

i for one will not be topping up again,i keep saying it's my last one yet still do it when i think the sp can't drop any further and every time i have been wrong and not just by a few %,not a chance of any more from me,this has turned into a real money pit and i just hope we hit in the next few drills otherewuse we won't rise above 20for a long time imo.
