The transaction between Bushveld Minerals and Duferco announced on the 18 December 2020, was an early repayment to Duferco of the amount of US$11.5 million owed by the Company. As some of the repayment was is shares, these were not subject to any restrictions.

taufour, originally yes but when Bushveld agreed to partially repay early this made the initial lock in and orderly sell void.

I think people are forgetting that Duferco only started selling after an almost 100 % increase in the first tranch of issued shares at c. 13p. They are going to want a half decent return on this tranch as well,
IMO their not going to sell straight away.

Mogwhy, That doesn't mean that they are going to do the same with the next tranch.

I just find it strange that someone would want to post when not invested.

It's funny how we had almost a 100% rise in 4 weeks just before Duferco's first tranch of shares were placed on the market, then they immediately sold down. I wonder what surprise they have in store this time. If the short closes after the issue of shares and the share price is allowed to rise then Duferco sell into the rise surely that would go down as market manipulation.
