Indeed, why didn't he offer us shareholders to part take in the fund raise through primary bid, I would definitely have taken part. I have taken part in three fund raises through Primary Bid in other stocks I invest in EQT, ORPH and AVCT and very happy with all three.

@VauxhallViva, current BMN stock out on loan according to Euroclear is 0.26 during the month of June. They will update July at the beginning of August.
