I suspect the early repayment to Duferco of US$11.5 million owed by BMN and because some of the repayment was is shares, these shares would not be subject to any restrictions.

Richemundo, I Agree it's Duferco but I think you're getting mixed up with Orion at 17p.
Duferco's shares were issued at around the 12.5p mark so making a nice profit. If they have been selling from the off (24-12-20) they can't have further to go. Hopefully Orion will stay sticky.

Knuttie, all I'm saying is that there will be no official RNS saying that we haven't won any of the tender. We as investors will know as we will read about it from external sources. Like you said it's not priced in.

How can the Mm's walk it down? There will be no official RNS issued that we haven't got any of the tender. The only way they can walk it down is if us PI's sell when we hear from other external sources.

Thought I'd wait until after 5pm to post so as not to encourage the paid trolls as they've packed up and gone home. I feel part of the problem is the big investor's are just not sticky enough. First Island finished selling out around March last year then Golden Summit started around June and finished around November. Yellow Dragon have sold down and now according to the top 10 holding list Oak Trust have sold around 4 million. We know Duferco have sold below 3% so possibly they are the seller at the moment as they don't have to declare. I might be way off but would welcome any thoughts.
