I have been emailing JB over the last couple of hours to highlight the timing and size of this placing? Was it really necessary to have it today?Why not next week or end of the month or when initial flow rates are announced. They have given away approx 50% or 1.4 billion share as Warrants at 0.25p. We also have warrants at 0.23 so getting to 0.3 levels with these warrants holders will hold us to ransom again.
Clearly we need another route of funding as this cannot continue. 2.7 billion sharea is crazy amount of shared to churn through. The Placees are clearly holding mosman to ransom.

Only positive I can find today is the managed to get £0.9 million. I remember back in Feb they struggled to get £400k and they personally took part in the placing. Looking at the RNS's over the last couple of months. We had a placing of £400 and 3 RNSs of Warrants plus sale of Norseman. Total £818k or $1, 060, 291. Welch sale announcement would be good as well. He did mention we had a dozen offers!! Plus 500k shares at Norseman Silver worth $75k at 0.20c. If they get Falcon in prod then I'm expecting them to announce another drill at Galaxie for another 50% soon. We do seem to have the cash. As we are paying bods in shares.

News to come Falcon oil porosity and flow rates. Anthing like stabley 4. Number of 200 bopd will instantly give mosmam 100bopd plus s1, s2, s3 and S4. Plus Welch plus. Arkoma. Cheapskater you seem to have sold today.. Warrants holders will not execute until the price is well above 0.23 around 0.3 plus to ensure they actually make a profit. And the price needs to be stable else its a risk to them. Otherwise taking them at 0. 24 to 0.27 its a high risk..

Not commented here since last week but excellent news on Falcon coming good. Its the first of the 50% well and the bod have made it clear they intend to drill more drills like Galaxie.. The greater Stanley well Duff well needs to be worked over yet!! Bods have got money.. Flow rates will be interesting as Stanley alone may push us into corporate profitability.. Well it's does not have to be the Chinese. It could be Santos as well. Hence they are delaying the re-drill into Dukas with a higher pressure rig. On the ep155 would he good to get an update from them. See how things are progressing but this pandemic had no doubt impacted them as well. I doubt Aus government would give them acess right as they would like to protect the indigenous community.

Warrants are not issued they are excercises by the warrants holders. Which they have done already now at 0.15p. If you have sold good luck and all the best in the future are you totally out or going to. Trade this now? Has youe views now changed after you sold!!

Interesting tweet indeed. We do have a signed MOU back in Nov last year from the Chinese. We are in a hot zone area and Dukas is success that did not complete the drill due to the unexpected pressure.. So anything is possible.. And this is what investors do not realise... About this company..

Afternoon rush again seems to be a similar pattern every day. Down in the morning and pulls bavk in the afternoon with the amount of consolidation we had around 0.17-0.21 there cannot be much more sellers. It is essentially the next major news of Falcon that will drive this sp going forward. This drill open up the future potential of Mosman. The potential is whst we are investing in. Which people do not get here.. Like a land without planning permission is not worth much.. The potential is once the application is granted and subsequently build the houses. If the potential has been realised then you wont make much.

Correction in my post it's 160 barrels a month from the 2 Wells in greater Stanley. Please note Mosman and Baja bought the license with the 2 producing Wells hence the need for workovers in another producing zone.

And we also have the Duff well in greater Stanley to workover for which we were awaiting a permit. Workover to another zone currently producing only 160 bopd that area from 2 Wells. All our current work program was funded. Since then, we sold Norseman shares plus warrants have been excercised.. Plus we have further 500k shares left to sell worth approx $90k at ca 0.24. Remember we will be approving the Bod shares and Warrants in Nov. So they need to give good clear precise news out there for investors to approve and plans in the near future. Welch sale will guarantee another drill or 2 at 50% champion project. If not already have the funds for it. I belive shareholders need to support the company as well.. We know there are warrants at 0.23 which will not be excercised until the sp reaches 0.3 level and sell with profits. Falcon has similar structure to Stanley Yegua sandstones and Falcon is Frio Sandstone. Plus they are drilling deeper in Falcon by a further 2000 feet to 7000 feet. Hope the deeper reservoirs have more oil and pressure.

By now we should be around the 0.25-0.3 if these warrants were not executed the hace dampened the sp a bit. Hopefully tomorrow onwards and on good news thus should motor on.

As the trade was Friday it seems to be the last of the warants being sold.. So assuming they were then it made sense this was down today. Only 42 million shares bought and sold. We still had more buys vs sells. Momentum will start if the have completely sold and judging by 35 million and 15 million they have sold 50 million..
